I went in on 11/13/24 for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me when they were rotating the tires and noticed I needed 4 new breaks as they were bald.
In the back of my mind I thought there is no way as I got new rear brakes and rotors a year ago at a different shop. So maybe I can get behind the front ones needed replaced.
I then go the next day to the place that did my breaks since they have a warranty to see if they really are bald. They showed me my breaks on my truck and said they were 10mm which a brand new set would be 12mm so after 20K miles in 14 months is normal.
Therefore frustrating me to think Jiffy was deceiving its customers in trying to spend $900 for new breaks and rotors when in fact I didn’t even need them.
Will not be back for any future business.

Huffy lube rotated my tires and punched a hole in the windshield liquid reservoir which will take hundreds to replace. They also messed up my four wheel drive my lane departure alert and my collision alert. I have all these alerts in my car. If they need to be fixed it will cost more money than I can afford.

DONT come here for an inspection! The inspector may or may not be present, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to his schedule. Even if you call beforehand and make sure that you can get an inspection done, you may drive all the way there just to be told he is done for the day. Meanwhile all the employees are goofing off in the bay and having a good time.
This is also not the first time this has happened, my spouse had a similar experience.
Go to Kwik Kar, in and out in 20-30 minutes.

Took my car this morning for an oil change and state inspection. These guys got me in and out of there way faster than I expected and the customer service was great!

I went for an oil change. One filter was also replaced. When I got in it to leave, it required a jump. As advised, I drove around for 20 minutes to recharge the battery. It needed to be jumped again the next day and every time since then when I turn it off. I took it back but they couldn’t tell me why since the battery tested to be ok. Nothing was wrong before the oil change. The inconvenience and expense of having to take it to the Toyota service center is not acceptable.

my boyfriend and i waited 35 minutes to be helped. once the two other people who were in front of us were checked out, they walked back into the shop and were on their phones/smoking cigarettes. we still were not helped at this point, so we left.

They got me in and out and the young man who was helping me was so professional and his manners should be shared with the rest of his generation! Well done!

Twice in the last year this location has had 2 hour delays in getting a vehicle inspected after initial oil service performed. No communication of wait times provided by staff at any point.
If you need a state inspection, go elsewhere.

Needed an oil change today but wasn’t sure where I would stop; conveniently came across this location and am so thankful I did! David and Junior took amazing care of my Jeep and me - upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable group of guys that provide outstanding customer service. Highly recommend and I will go back!!

The service is good and quick, but they just replaced a battery on my SUV and the price was almost double.
