You can never go wrong with JCPenney Salons. I had my hair cut by Keisey. I showed her the picture I wanted my cut to look like and wow..... she did an awesome haircut. Thank you Keisey you are truly a Master Designer. ???love my hair.

I haven't been to a JC Penneys in 10 years. Still well organized and clean. Nice restrooms. Bought some shoes for my mom
