I WILL BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY AND REPORT THE BBB IN MY FREE TIME BECAUSE OF HOW TRASH THEY ARE.
CLOTHES DONT COME BACK ON TIME.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT GO BACK. I TRIED TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND BOTH EXTREMELY RUDE, IMPATIENT, OVERWORKED AND CLEARLY UNDERPAID. WORKERS SMOKING INSTEAD OF WORKING. DONT KNOW HOW TO SAY HELLO. THEY JUST LOOK AT YOU WITH DISGUST. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS FIND A MOM & POP AND SOMEOKE WHO CARES LIKE I DID.

The biggest issue I have with this place is the fact that nobody ever addresses the reviews. Obviously they have terrible employees and you would think the manager would respond at least acknowledging that they care but it's par for the course for Jack Brown. They have a pretty good monopoly on cleaning services in town and they've never really seem to care about customer service.

Dropped off pants that needed a zipper fixed. Received text when they were ready stating TOTAL DUE: $26.46. Upon arrival they ring me up and tell me it's $32 somethingI show them the text THEY sent with the "total due" and a manager comes over and says because the zipper was metal the price was adjusted by the company that did the work, and then there is sales tax on top of thatI show her the text and she brushes it off because that is "automated"I tell her I'm paying the $26.46 I was told via their system or they can keep the pants.I am now pantsless, but I have my $26.46 and my pride

I don't know why but I had high hopes for this place. I dropped off 6 shirts to be dry cleaned on Saturday and was helped by a wonderful woman. She told me it would be ready by Monday at 6. I waited an extra day and went Tuesday. To my surprise when I got there Christoper who seriously is just a terrible person was there. And he told me that my clothes were not ready and when I showed him my slip that showed that my clothes would be ready on Monday he laughed and said no come back after 6. I tried to ask another question and he slid the door close in my face. I'm so disappointed in the service. And as a manager I would have fired him a long time ago. I will be taking my business somewhere else. And will make sure to tell all my friends and family to do the same. I don't know how y'all are still in business with an employee like that. You can see in my picture that it's says the day I dropped it off and when I was suppose to pick it up. And the other picture is of the terrible employee Christoper who shut the door in my face twice. Because he did it again once I picked up the clothes and paid. Because I was telling him how he was very disrespectful.

Jack Brown Cleaners at ******** and 620 did not have cloths items ready after 3 days and said they were not at the location I had dropped them off. They said they should be back the next day, a problem since I was flying out and needed them at the time they promised. When they finally got them in, the day I was flying out (had to buy replacements just in case, that were not cleaned for a formal event). I went to pick up and they had 2 of the 5 items. They did a search and finally found them. I asked for a discount due to the multiple trips, missed promised times, no call to let me know they didn't have them, having to buy more that would need to be returned, etc. The \

Dropped off about 10 shirts to be laundered ... imagine my surprise when three of them, two clearly marked "machine wash" and the third "100% cotton" were instead dry cleaned which, what a coincidence costs more than twice as much. Not the first time for this problem but it's going to be the last as we'll take our clothes elsewhere going forward.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Dropped off a jacket to get some patches shown about 2-3 weeks ago. They could NOT complete the job, because some patches would've covered the pockets which I said was fine. They still could not get all patches done. SHAME.

We went to Jack Brown’s for the first time a couple days ago. They didn’t ask us about any special services. We just asked for a cleaning on two pants, two shirts, and a dress and the bill was 60 dollars!!!!!! They look the same as if I would have gone to any other cleaners just 3x as expensive. Also, the service was really slow. Usually if I drop our clothes off before 11 am our clothes would be done by 5, but they required more than 24 hours. I would not recommend.

Went to go pick up dresses that were dropped of at a different store and were sent to this location, when being picked up they hand them to me all balled up and said sorry we couldn’t get to them on time I was like well can I at least get them back in a hanger. Keep in mind we need to go to a wedding tomorrow and these dresses we’re dropped of two days ago. Worst place ever

This review is way overdue! I needed my dress cleaned for Easter 2015. Easter snuck up on me! The nice lady (can't remember her name) at Avery Ranch location (beside Smokey Mo's) said she couldn't do, but suggested I try the 16716 North FM 620 Jack Brown's location. They turned around in one day! It was my Mom's dress, so I really appreciated it!
