I have gone to J. West Jewelers for years to get my watches cleaned and batteries replaced. But recently I needed a stone replaced in a ring I gave my husband over 16 years ago. Not only did they find an exact match to the stone, but they cleaned up the ring and made the ring look almost better than new! Add to that the personable and knowledgeable service and you’ve got a recipe for a real winner. Pricing is reasonable! I highly recommend them for any repair or other service you may need for any jewelry or traditional watches you may have.

Oh my gosh!! I LOVE MY RING!! I literally jumped up and down, squealing like a little girl, when they handed me my 22 year old wedding ring. It looks like brand new!! I had it sized, repaired, white gold diamond bands dipped, and my three bands soldered. It is GORGEOUS!! I found J. West by reading other people’s reviews and went on a wing and a prayer that they would live up to the hype. They surpassed my very high standards of perfection!! I loved my whole experience, from working with Monica to figure out what I even wanted to do, to Alex ringing me up at pickup. I have found my go-to for ALL my jewelry needs!!

JWest is my favorite jeweler and we’re so lucky to have them in Round Rock! While they are very knowledgeable and professional, I find them to be so cool and down to earth! I get a sense of kindness, helpfulness, and great service. None of the pushiness and stuffiness that is often a part of the jewelry bisinesss. They have competitive prices, a great selection of natural and lab grown diamonds, beautiful jewelry at all price points, and they also provide full service watch repair. I’m a selective customer with high standards and have shopped at jewelers from Dallas to Dublin, and JWest is truly a gem of a…well…gem store! Ha! That was corny. But you get the point. Go check them out and find something for your special someone.

J. West Jewelers is a local family owned jewelry in Round Rock, TX. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They reasonably priced from repairs, to engraving that I have had done there. Choose them, you won't be disappointed!
