Patrick is a clown. I called about a paint match for a bumper conversion and wanted a ballpark range of the cost and after giving me snobby answers to simple questions that I’m asking he quoted me “around 15 grand”. Terrible customer service

I was unhappy with the appearance of the factory installed/painted grille on my 2023 Bronco. I bought the preferred grille, but was unable to locate a shop to paint it for me. JJ from Infinity Conversions responded within a day of my Yelp inquiry, offered what I considered a fair price for the service, and had my new grille painted and ready for pickup within 2 business days. I originally thought of going to the Badlands grille color (carbonized gray), but a friend suggested I match the grille to my body color. Once that seed was planted, it grew. So I decided on going with body color (Eruption Green). This was an excellent decision. I am adding a few photos of the painted grille, and though the photos don't do it justice, it was an amazing job. Thank you JJ and Infinity Conversions I WILL recommend you.

Man, I REALLY wanted to like this business because I was referred to them by a good friend of mine. However, their communication is horrible! I originally submitted an inquiry online and heard back from JJ and cc'd was Patrick. After telling them more about what I wanted for my truck, they never got back to me. I eventually called them the following week to talk to JJ over the phone. He told me I would need to take my truck in so they could look at it and see if anything else needed replacing. I took my truck in that same day which is over an hour drive for me. The mechanics took at look at my truck and said everything looked great. After this JJ told me he would get back to me with a quote soon. Fast forward a week later and I still haven't heard or received a quote. I called them again and spoke to JJ on the phone. He's words were "There is a few other quotes in front of you, so I still haven't sent it yet. I'll try and get it out today." Fast forward another 3 days and I have still not heard from them. I'm sorry guys but if it takes you guys over a week to get me a quote....y'all need a better system. Super disappointed about this lack of communication from JJ and Patrick.

Our infant is on his second cranial helmet (a custom orthotic device), and it can be very tough to find places that will apply vinyl wraps to them, to make them look cute and less like a medical device! Infinity Conversions has applied a decal (purchased by us elsewhere) to our baby's helmet not once, but twice, done an excellent job, and refused to accept any payment for it. Specifically, I've worked with Patrick both times, who has been accommodating, caring, and an all-around pleasure to interact with.We have yet to go to them for auto needs, but we will be their customers for that in the future! Just wanted to give them some praise because I believe in supporting businesses that have excellent people and customer service.

The Guys at Infinity Conversions have been long time customers where I work. I recently purchased my first truck, and made an inquiry with them not only for the reason of reciprocal business, but I hear nothing but the best about their work. They quoted me and had my truck in for a spray in bedliner within a couple days. Great people, smooth and crisp transaction, and fantastic workmanship. I highly recommend them and any of the services they offer. Impressive and professional. You won't be disappointed

I asked these guys to install a few things, and they did a good job at the install except for not notifying me when they messed something up. I have aftermarket head and taillights. They must’ve messed up one of the plugs and just soldered the wire back together. I called and asked what happened, and they called me while I was working in the OR. They didn’t leave a message, an apology, nothing. When I need to take out my housing, I’ll have to cut the wire, and find someone to fix the plug they messed up otherwise, I won’t be able to remove the housing from the truck at all unless I cut the wire which I’m trying to avoid. Their lack of honesty would get them no stars if that was a possibility.

Had my Tacoma lifted by Infinity and it looks and rides great. The guys there were helpful and easy to work with. I have never had a truck lifted and they made me feel at ease. I would totally recommend them.

JJ, Terry, Juan and Patrick at Infinity have never disappointed me with their level of professionalism. I recently opened up a company in Austin and called them to decal my jeep. JJ did a mockup of what it would look like, and I pulled the trigger. they killed it. every aspect of the job is perfection. I have and will continue to be a customer of Infinity conversions. They worked around my schedule and completed this project in less than a day.Thanks Infinity y'all killed it once again

Ok look. These guys do good work. I would give 5 stars, but…Went in there about a year ago and bought several thousand dollars worth of things for my truck. One of which was a rolling bed cover with attachment rails. It’s nice and functions great. However, I also purchased a ladder rack kit for the attachment rails. Around $500.Still haven’t seen it. Asked for a response and have been ghosted. Asked for a refund…nothing.There are several details to this part that would bore someone like me reading a review so I will refrain.So, my review of this place is that if they know what they are doing they do it well, however, if they don’t they apparently will just bury their heads in the sand and pretend nothing is happening.So here ya go fellas. This is what people can do these days rather than take legal action that will do nothing anyway. They write reviews. But you and I both know that people read them.Disappointing gentlemen…

2019 Toyota Tundra Crewmax.This is the 2nd. time that I have done business with this guys. I had them install my custom led headlights and taillights. They are very professional and friendly. When it comes to getting upgrades on your vehicle they are the best in town. The quality of work and price they can't be beat. I really recommend them for any kind of upgrades on your vehicle. Another upgrade done on 11/24/21 by Infinity Conversion. Again I really can say much more about this guys. They installed my tow side mirrors and like always they did an outstanding and professional install. This is the place to go to get any kind of accessories and installation for any kind of truck. So what ever the project or install you may need this is the first place your want to go first. Is the best place in all of central Texas. Thank you infinity conversion and all the staff for all the great job you guys have done on my truck.

Do your homework and don't expect to be informed. I went to Infinity on a referral. I had a tow bar installed on the front of my Nissan Frontier so I could tow it all wheels down behind my RV. Luckily, someone told me that towing my Frontier all wheels down would ruin my truck's transmission before I got too far down the road. And I have since found out that in most states in the USA, I think Missouri is the one exception, you must have an additional braking system installed. I assumed with their knowledge they would alert me to any issues but they didn't. Never assume. I know they are in the business of making money but putting something on a vehicle that could potentially be a safety issue without one utterance of a warning is alarming.

I called to discuss some options for my 4runner yesterday, on the phone they were helpful, but when bringing it in as advised today, it seems they closed up shop early for the day.I was there this past Friday at 3:30pm.
