Don't buy the samosa in the evening. I bought it now and it's spoiled. When I came back and said to remove them; they didn't and said it was good; when I asked to try they didn't. They care about their health not others. They also don't want to refund ☹️. Waste of money.

If I could give less than one star I would,This store has the worst food, his food is rotten, I bought broad beans like twice and they were rotten and the funny thing is he said he’d eat it because it was good, I will let you guys decide from the picture.The elder guy behind the register has no customer service or respect at all. It was like 10 bucks. I didn’t care about the money. I just wanted some good merchandise. They got the worst communication with customers. Everybody should check their food for health and safety wise.

I recently visited this store and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. Despite arriving at a convenient time, I was met with a less-than-welcoming attitude from both the staff and the owner. Upon inquiring about the freshness of the meat, the response I received was dismissive, leaving me with concerns about the quality of their products. It was suggested that I return at a later time, which added to the inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would have difficulty recommending this establishment.

I came 20 minutes earlier because they open at 10 am. I waited six minutes and the people first guy open the door and slam the door behind him. Didn't even say sorry for waiting or whatever. The other guy said good morning and the small guy open the door, and when I passing he looked at me and he talked with himself he said something in his language in Pakistani or in Indian or whatever either he cursed, or he said something and I told him excuse me what did you say , he says no, I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to the other guy and he wasn't because he was on the door opening it the other side of the door and the other guy is all the way , and where the freezer is, where the tomatoes, bad Service, overpriced and you cannot find anything you want most of the time with this attitude they had. I was so pissed I went down to Palmer Lane to place called Shaheen. I went in prices was lower and they are welcome you very nice people, I spend it over $100 which, if I bought what I bought in Indo supermarket I would've spend about $250. What a waste of drive with a waste of 20 minutes waiting for them to open and all the businesses were opened at 10 o'clock sharp except them no sorry no saying anything I'm never ever going back there I rather drive 10 minutes extra to Parma Lane to Shaheen to get my stuff rather going there back again

Indo-Pak is my go to place for all my grocery needs. They are always friendly, organized, well stocked and clean. Meat is always fresh and halal with the best prices in town, only place I trust!! Here is a picture of the meat we got from them cooked!!

Customer drives 10 miles to buy a meat around 3pm only to find out that they are on lunch break and had to wait 20 minutes….plus rude behavior of employee at front..simple solution is to update ur business hours on google…instead of showing rude attitude to customers…2 years ago you got the same review and he suggested to update the store hours…and still u did not update it that tells u don’t really care about ur customers and their feedback …Trust me …simple fix is to update business hrs and little empathy while dealing with customers when u r at fault.

I love to go to Indo Pak for my Desi groceries. They have a good variety of deals, spices, tea and almost everything. They always have fresh and good quality meat, their butchers know how to cut it good, specially the goat meat.I never had any problem with their customer service. This is a family owned business based on honesty. I highly recommend it to the community.

This is a family owned business and they are very kind to their customers. The meat is very cleanly cut and they offer a wide variety products! I have always found what I needed there.The staff is very helpful in finding what you need and if they need to order anything specifically for you they will! Very helpful and kind business!

I have been going to Indo Pak for very long time. I always find what i need and best they always get my meat ready even on short time… great customer service and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping for all your needs!

They over-price their meat prices. Tried to sell me meat piece with extra bone that’s not normally included even though they weigh their meats (so I’d be paying for the price of bone that I didn’t ask for). When I spoke to the owner, he said he can do it and charge me more for removing the bone. Zero/10 for customer service. There’s many other markets around with way better customer service, I don’t recommend this place.

One of my favorite go-to shops for halal meat, fresh desi vegetables, and desi groceries. They have a great selection of rice, flours, lentils and masalas that are otherwise hard to find in Austin. Not to mention the variety of frozen items, ranging from naans and parathas to frozen samosas and other snacks. You’ll find everything you need under one roof. Highly recommend Indo-Pak!
