Great place to work out! We started 2 months ago and love this place! The infrared heat feels great and I love we can do a HIT or a 45 minute class. And shout out to Shay our fave staff on site!!!

Had a great experience first workout in. I love the way the sauna boosts your serotonin and helps reduce soreness. The workouts are rotated and there are plenty of modifications to keep leveling up within the workouts.
