Love my new living room set of sofa, chair & ottoman! The light colors with modern look and so comfy cushions brightens & livens everything up. Great prices at HZ, extremely friendly and helpful associates and great delivery people made the decisions and purchase so easy!! We will definitely return to Home Zone for next furniture purchase!! I have visited Home Zone three times looking at furniture. Today, I finally made a purchase with Jenny D. Her delivery and customer service was above and beyond! I purchased an adjusted bed base for about $700 which included delivery and set up. While in store, the manager interacted with us as well. Overall an excellent experience. If we decide to purchase more furniture in the future we will be sure to come here first.

After watching several Home Zone commercials, we decided to walk into their Austin store and see what separated them from everyone else. We were treated like life long customers and Jennifer S., patiently answered all our questions and applied no sales pressure on us. After visiting about every furniture store in Austin, we found the quality and prices at Home Zone was exactly what we were looking for. On the delivery side , Kelly kept us posted on the progress of our delivery and made sure it went perfect. The delivery team was professional, and took good care of our furniture as they brought it inside and set it up. HOME ZONE Furniture exceeded our expectations from the beginning to the end. We will be back to purchase the rest of our furniture needs. We highly recommend you giving them the opportunity to serve you. You won't be disappointed.

Andrea was AMAZING! She had so much patience with us. She showed us everything in the store that mashed what we wanted and was so patient that we couldn’t figure out what we wanted. But we finally found the right one and she had all the information we could ever want about it and she’s fantastic. .
