Jill Houghton has been monumental in my progression of personal growth and development. I originally sought out Jill in hopes of reconciling my broken marriage. My ex-spouse and I sat with Jill every week for several months continuously, she challenged both of us to grow with manageable assignments and readings. Although we ended up in divorce, Jill gave us all the tools needed to succeed. If someone shows up just to check the box and not put in the effort, then they will not grow. If you value her sage advice and put yourself to work, admitting your faults then you will grow mentally and spiritually.Jill takes the time to understand who you are. She understands what motivates you, your character tendencies, and temperament. This allows for real honest talk, as if from a childhood friend. However, Jill is educated and very skilled communicator who WANTS THE BEST FOR HER CLIENTS! She doesn’t tell you necessarily what you ‘want’ to hear in the moment, but what you need to hear to get to where you want to be. She identifies obstacles that we place in our own lives and calls them out, in a loving way. She is very understanding if you slip up or sin, just be honest.Coming from a broken home, I distrust my parents’ advice. Jill holds more authority in my life than either of my parents, I still love and admire both my parents. I just wish I could have had Jill during Middle School and High School years.I would not be in such a good place mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I’m a better person than I was one year ago, I’m certainly better than I was 10 years ago. All aspects of my life have improved, I’m better to my kids, family members, work associates, acquaintances. I have placed a greater trust in God.This has led to much more healthy fulfilling relationships; and relationships that would not exist today without her active participation, mentorship, and guidance.Jill Houghton is an Oracle.

Brenda was an excellent counselor, patient and kind, but not afraid to dig deep and get a bit tough when necessary. Brenda recognized certain behavior patterns that existed in my marriage and provided all of the tools and materials necessary in order for me to make informed and healthy decisions about my future. I am grateful for the journey that Brenda took with me toward healing and a new healthier and more joyful future, all the while keeping my eyes focused on God and faith.

I sought therapy because I felt a lost of direction in my life I was in a low place. Seeking therapy with Head to Heart was the absolute best decision I could have ever made. Refocusing through God centered talk therapy, learning who I am @ the core, knowing that all things work together for the good of the lord has helped me gain hope and perspective! We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Karen Withers at Head to Heart Ministries. She has been such a blessing to me and my husband. She counsels with compassion, understanding, and grace. She truly takes the time to really understand you, and always turns discussion and guidance back to Christ. We could not rave more about how much she means to us!

Yesterday was our last Pre-Marital counseling session. Loved every moment of it! For those who may be curious, our sessions consisted of us understanding each others temperaments allowing us to understand each other better. We dived deep into our styles of working/ how we approach situations, or decision making, what we struggle with, and how we express and want to receive love. i think we knew a lot of the things we went over, but it was nice to go deeper ☺️. For those who are looking to get married, are married, or even single.. i highly recommend some sort of counseling life changing and eye opening! For us Dr. Al was absolutely amazing! As for us, we plan on returning in a year for a tune up. Married life here we come!

We went to Brenda Ramsey for pre marital counseling starting back in February of 2020. We used the prepare/enrich program that they offer and it is worth its weight in gold. That coupled with the guidance of Brenda helped us grow so much as individuals and as a couple. We have been together for 4 years and we are so thankful that we sought counseling before taking covenant under Christ in marriage. We worked through hard topics, past hurts, present struggles and future dreams. We are getting married in a few days and we are so grateful for the counseling we received here. Even our long time friends and family could see how much we were growing as a couple and handling conflict differently. I highly recommend this program to people who are considering marriage or are already married. Definitely get the prepare/enrich package because it really helped us understand one another in a whole new way. Thank you so much Brenda! Blessings and gratitude.

Love this place! I meet with Mrs. Brenda Ramsey and literally, "EVERY TIME", after each session, I feel weight lifted off. I feel I enter a new level with Christ and in wisdom. I love that we pray before and after our meetings and that everything is Christ centered. I HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Brenda Ramsey if you're needing someone to talk to. She points you into the right direction, she's open, honest, has incredible testimonies and makes sure you receive scriptures and other necessities to achieve your ultimate goal of freedom, happiness and joy. She's the perfect person to help you get closer to God and receive the strength you need to reach the plans He has for YOU.
