Took my car over this afternoon to get it cleaned. Operations Manager, Maritza, was outside to great me as I pulled up. After she introduced herself she informed me that a pipe had burst due to the freeze and they couldn’t complete the exterior wash and asked if still wanted to do the interior work or reschedule.I decided to stay and get the interior done. She also mentioned the office was a little cold today and graciously offered to drive me home and pick me back up vs. waiting in the office. THAT IS NEXT LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE!Once my car was done my interior looks brand new! All the dog hair is out, everything is polished and smells amazing!Services: Auto detailing

Left my car looking new, and I have 2 young kids so you can imagine. By far the best detailing spot I’ve been to! I’d recommend to a friend.

I booked an appointment which due to a misunderstanding got missed but James the owner called me to apologize and make it to me, my work truck looks great from inside with clean seats definitely coming back in the future for more services.
