I used to go see Daphne all the time. The last time I went to go see her I wanted long layers, money pieces, and my dead ends cut. We go in to do my money pieces first and she puts the bleach on and puts me under the heat lamp goes "I'll be back in 10 to check on you" okay so 30 minutes go by and she comes back "just a little longer" my forehead starts to burn and she comes and takes me to rinse them out. I now have a chemical burn on my forehead from the bleach over cooking. She then cut my hair. As I get home I notice the whole back is very choppy and uneven where it's very noticeable. A couple days go by and my money pieces are gone as my hair all broke off. Now I'm being forced to go get bangs cut since I have awful breakage and it's very noticeable. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a salon and a horrible $120 spent. Will never return since my hair is now extremely messed up. Y'all used to do so well. What happen?

OMG, I had been looking for a hair salon who listened and would cut ✂️ my hair the way I liked. I found it here at Hair Central. Check them out, and they will not disappoint.

Sasha is the most wonderful person ever! She is the only one who can get my grandson to sit still and cut his hair perfectly. My teenish granddaughter loves her new look too! And Grandma (me) looks so fine now Santa didn't want to leave!!!
So if it's time to reinvent yourself this is definitely the place to start.

The owner Brenda is Very unprofessional she puts on a phoney smile and acts like she loves the clients, but as soon as they leave she is gossiping and judging with her daughter that works with her. Do not come to this Toxic place.

I had a wonderful experience today while getting a hair cut. Sarah took care of all my needs and gave me a beautiful hair cut. I got long layers that framed my face with descending bangs. The place was clean , has refreshments, and had hot towels. Absolutely wonderful.Service: Haircut

Warning: long review. Really trying to capture the depth of my experience so bear with me.The beef:10/5 stars for me. 1st time here and Rudy killed it! Lady that checked me in was also very friendly. Amazing service and haircut. Go above and beyond especially for the cost. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. 1st time anyone offered guidance with some issues I wasn't able to fix on my own. Did tell me that everyone in there will be able to give the same service, but I'm sticking with Rudy.Extras:I seldomly write reviews so that should make a statement. Tipped nearly 100% I was so pleased! Couldn't help myself. For comparison, I usually tip 15-30% depending on service quality. 40 yrs old and hands down the best customer service experience. Gone through many people over the years trying to find the one (very picky), but never satisfied. Tried many barber shops/salons that were double the cost and I always check reviews before trying a new place. I was having an extremely rough couple weeks. 2 mins sitting in the chair and Rudy somehow knocked me out of my funk just being himself. The force is strong with this one.Rudy, If you see this I really can't express how awesome you were, but I did my best with these words. Thank you so much! Your amazing energy instantly rubbed off on me and it was so needed. You helped me more than you know. You have a gift, you are awesome and I will see ya next time! I wish you the very best with everything. You deserve it.
