The birthday cake HEB Bakery made for me is a completely different cake than the one I wanted. Like it's not just a little bit different, not a little mistake, it's a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CAKE. I could have been fine with a small mistake but it's a completely different shape when the shape was the whole point (they did a circle instead of a heart), the writing is in a completely different color and font, the words aren't in the right order, they left out the little hearts I wanted all over the cake, and they added giant ugly Pepto-Bismal pink frosting roses with ugly green frosting leaves, which I didn't ask for or want, and they added frosting piping all around the edge, which I also didn't ask for or want. The whole point was a simple little minimalistic heart shaped cake. This is ugly. And the worst part is I was told I couldn't return it even though they made it completely wrong. This might as well be someone else's order.

Um well ig like this heb but sundays are worst you make my mom cry she calls my sister and rants about it for a while which means no smoothie womp womp Somtimes Theres no Food in Stock but the bathrooms are very clean and the service is great next time make it so my mom Dosent cry and feed me dinner i hope you have a nice day!

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Taylor who is the manager of the curbside department. She lacked empathy and professionalism during our conversation including interrupting me. Active listening can go a very long way in customer service. Ms. Taylor instead brushed me off with what sounded like scripted message and failed to address my concerns specifically. She also hung up on me. I am sure she will disagree that she did but if she had been actively listening to me then she may have handled the conversation much better. I was very respectful when speaking with her but she did not return the same courtesy. I asked to speak with her manager but she indicated Jordan Jones was going to be unavailable until the end of June. I called and spoke with another associate who said Mr. Jones should be back in the store by Monday 5/30/23. I love H‑E‑B. Every employee I have ever spoken with has been a perfect example of customer service until today.

I have without exception had great experiences here, but tonight my dunderhead didn't realize the time and I had to check out 10 minutes after close. Amelia, Alicia, and Lisa were super-gracious, helpful, and accommodating of my inadvertent discourtesy; they deserve recognition. I am so grateful for this HEB and their staff! Also, Brian Fagan and his staff at the pharmacy have always provided excellent customer service as well. Thanks, everybody!!

Customer service representative was very unhelpful!!! Asked for help with using the app and refused. Told me to go find the sale price. Told him my app was not working in the freezer section. He didn't even know how to use app and find price. Very unsatisfied with the assistance on a very slow day.

The store is always stocked. Except when well you know...rain, ice, tornado warning, the wind switch direction. Haha. Panic shopping. But I really like the fact that it's not an H-E-B Plus. It has everything I need without being overwhelmed. What I am disappointed with is the fact the some of H-E-B brand products have went up in price. Speculation is due to the new H-E-B debit card which I love. The cash back is somewhat worth it but not really. The easy way to add money on the card from your bank account and the money is there immediately. I've heard others had issues setting it up. But I had no issues at all. I wish I could get cash back on total purchases but it's limited to H-E-B. That's ok because in many instances I've learned H-E-B brand equivalent or better. The cafe ole coffee is so much better than Starbucks...especially that Texas pecan. Make you want to slap ya.....lol. Only 4 stars because I want cash back on entire purchases and I wish I could tip. I know the employees get paid fairly but I wish it was an option for me to tip them.

ThePharmacy tech that checked me out was extremely rude and demanding while asking for my insurance information. I had advised to him that I gave my insurance information to the prior cashier when I had dropped off my prescription. He then went to tell me that was not what he needed and that he needed my actual I.D number, I advised that I would get that and for him to let me know when he was ready for the number. After a few minutes of silence he rudely demands "I thought you have your I.D number???" I then advised him that I said I was getting it and to let me know when he is ready. He then tells me to move my car forward because he can't hear me as he is watching me pull forward. As I start to say my I.D number phonetically he rushes me through . I then tell him he is extremely rude and he said you said you had the I.D number to which I said I gave to you and that you are extremely rude in the profession. My fiancé then says "yeah your kind of a dick" to the pharmacy tech. We sit in silence. He then reads off that I have no co pay and to sign the receipt which I oblige. He asks snardley if I have any questions for the pharmacist and I say no. Never have I ever experienced a rude nasty human in a medical profession. Please train him on hospitality and customer service with a dash of bed side manner being in a medical position.

There are shortage of variety of food everywhere so please keep that in mind when shopping at the markets. Everyone is doing the best they can with added frustrations from consumers. That being said, I mainly go to asian markets but I do make it a weekly routine now to any HEB nearby. HEB has the best prices on meats for me and more of a selection of cuts for my small family. The meat department reps are so nice and will help cut meat for me if I don't see it out but only if they have it in the back. If I want to buy bulk meats, I will go to Costco. The fruit selection is plentiful but the quality isn't as good as other brand markets, so I buy elsewhere. I do like Texan brand as I support local and they have so much of local ingredients here like honey, bread, and eggs. The ice cream! I have been working my way through the personal ice cream flavors (HEB brand) and they are so delicious. Overall, this is my go to store for local brands and quick ingredients that I need. The staff is nice/helpful and I don't have any complaints regarding them. 4 stars.

I had to create a Yelp just for this: a long Pharmacy complaint. I have read a few others and completely agree. My family, friends and I have been going to this Pharmacy for almost 10 years. We were excited about the remodel, thinking it would put a pep in everyone's step that worked there... we were wrong. Firstly: the staff. The faces have not really changed there over the years, and the staff remember us by name usually. Thats a plus. However the attitudes have changed. The staff frequently is just sitting around on their phones, eating or seemingly hiding out of view where the customers can't see them and they can't see us. There have been more times than i can count that I have stood at the counter and watched a line form behind me because no one is paying attention. A pharmacy in a grocery store is supposed to be convenient, but I end up waiting longer to have someone notice me needing help than I do for my prescriptions to be filled. One time my husband said "excuse me" after he and I stood at the counter for almost 5 solid minutes. when the long haired blonde girl, her name was Shelby I think, looked up from her phone, she had an attitude with us the entire interaction, like it was an inconvenience for her to help us. I deal with sassy teenagers all day at home, I don't need to pay for that service at my pharmacy. This is the same girl that gave us, our friends and even our kids attitude when we were inquiring about covid shots. Her and the shorter pharmacist, who was awful to us, made us all feel so unwelcome and guilty for even asking that we all went to CVS down the road, where they were more than happy to help. then there is the issue of "casual conversations" that can be heard by my family and children as we shop outside the many windows of the Pharmacy. I have had to scoot my cart with my children quickly away from ear shot because of the language/topics we overhear. I almost said something to the store manager, but my husband stopped me in fear of somehow being retaliated against since we use the pharmacy. The last experience I had there this week will be the last experience I have there. I went to pick up my child's adhd medication. the young blonde girl who I didn't recognize, helped me first was very nice, and helped me to a point, but she is new I am assuming, and tried to ask the pharmacist a question when she got stuck. The shorter woman pharmacist wouldn't even come over to help her & yelled something rude to her and goes "well I'm busy they are just going to have to wait" to which I could tell this poor girl was embarrassed. She kept apologizing to me, I told her I would shop then come back in 30minutes. I felt bad for her. When I got back to the counter per usual no one noticed I was there. I watched the normal long haired girl sit on her phone for 6 minutes (I counted) before she finally noticed me she greeted me with her usual attitude. Told me it would be another 20 minutes before I could pick up my child's medication, to which I could not believe, I was very annoyed. I told her i already was waiting, which apparently annoyed her, because she went on the computer and started reading all the times I have filled my childs medication out loud for everyone to hear as if to shame me into shutting up. I was so embarrassed & angry I walked away. If the staff has time to be on their phones all the time, why do I have to consistently wait and come back for my families medications? It is so inconvenient. My family and I also love HEB, but the staff at this pharmacy are so unprofessional and rude, It is ruining us even wanting to shop at the store. We were trying to stick it out until the new WalMart is built, but I don't think I can. I feel I cannot complain to the pharmacist because they seem just as rude if not ruder than their staff. I actually tried a month ago to talk to the other woman pharmacist about my concerns, but when I started off with a question about masks, she practically yelled at me saying masks were

It's amazing how this HEB continues to disappoint me. Walked up to the pharmacy counter, they weren't busy whatsoever as I could overhear their casual conversation. They stood in a group talking, in front of me, not noticing me for five minutes at least. A worker attended to me and told me to go to another counter so I was like okay, no problem, and I was super chill about it. Went to the other counter + stood there for even longer. Thing is, the pharmacy worker was sitting at a desk not even a foot away from the window, chatting nonchalantly with a coworker. When she attended to me, I feel like I personally offended her. Maybe it was my shirt covered in rainbows. No idea. The woman snapped at me when I told her I didn't have an appointment for the Covid vaccine. After telling me that they didn't have any other vaccine aside from Johnson Johnson, she tugged the clipboard out of my hands + spun around, huffing as she walked away. I swear, these workers here hate me before they even talk to me. I only keep coming here because my boyfriend works here and I surprise him with food and coffee occasionly.
