A little crowded, but what isn't crowded in Austin. The store is clean and the selection is decent. All of the employees are courteous and helpful. They always seem to have what I need and keep a good stock.

So disappointed… the cashier called LANE was all chatty with the person in front of me and when I finally got to the cash register. He didn’t even say hi to me.. how weird..
wondering if he just doesn’t like women, or perhaps thought why bother.
He didn’t even give me a total and was super rude telling me where I needed to put my card to pay.
Perhaps more customer service training for some of the cashiers would be beneficial.
Do better and don’t just pick and choose who you’re nice to.. and who you are not

For many years, I have been a frequent customer at this establishment. It has consistently maintained a clean and welcoming environment. While there may be occasional fluctuations in the availability of certain specialty items, the overall product selection is extensive and competitively priced compared to other retailers.
