I’ve been using curbside from this location for years and never have run into any real “snags” until now.
Purchased items and picked up on July 5, 2024… generally pleased with items selected by my “shopper” but this time they really missed the mark. Got home and as I’m unloading my groceries, I discover I’ve been given ROTTED, MOLDY strawberries… this should have never 1) been out for the public, and 2) not “picked” by my shopper, and in turn bagged and sold to me.
It took my reaching out to customer service three times before I received a response, and finally was refunded only the cost for the strawberries.
Please know, my complaint is not about the cost, which was very minimal, it’s the principle.
HEB has been family owned, and a Texas held company for over 100 years. Do better HEB for your fellow (native) Texan.

I always order curbside because going into crowded stores gives me anxiety and it's so much easier with kids and work schedules. I never do curbside from this location but I did this time and tbh im just going to start coming to this one. There was a problem with my order and Claire from curbside was super friendly and helpful, going out of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the changes and just so easy to talk to. HEB should have her teaching customer service to the employees.

This place ROCKS I moved here from Southampton Long Island NY . Were we had an old Rat Hole Stop N Shop. The store is about 40 years old . The building that is . And was a A & P and about 4 other names and company changes . The Town won’t let them build a new store . It’s sad . It’s The Hamptons and the grocery store is sad ?.
But moving here to Round Rock is great .
There are 3 H E B s that are a stone throw s away . Each one is great . One is small but does the job . This one is great . The PLUS
store is HEAVEN
I can’t get a few items I like at this store , they wont carry it . Have to go to PLUS store . It’s hard for me to get to that store .
But I do it from time to time .
But I just love ❤️ this store . 98% of the staff is great . Some of the check out staff needs to learn how to be polite.
But I must say some of the boys there are very cute .
Take care and shopping here is great

I have never been to an H-E-B where they make me feel so so uncomfortable being followed being watched like I was doing something wrong I had just got off of work I was still in my security clothes and these young people were like very unprofessional. I will never stop at this H-E-B again and I will continue telling everyone that I know that this H-E-B is the worst!

Excellent varieties and can find almost everything @ HEB. Somewhat disappointed as they keep fruits going bad on the display.
Example: most mangoes were over-ripe or bad. Same thing with start fruits and oranges.

Nice selection and the place looking pretty nice design wise. I was able to get in and out and everybody was very friendly.

Store Opens at 6am, but it is extremely hard to shop because this is also stocking time.
Particularly fresh foods areas nearly all isles are at least partially blocked, many completely by pallets, carts, lifts and other equipment.
Most of those blockades are not even being attended to.
Today, I tried to shop between the Deli, refrigerated prepared meals and Bakery.
Most of the prepared meals were unreachable because of stock carts.
There was an empty large cart left in an intersection - blocking two paths.
As I tried to find a different way around I encountered another stocking cart blocking a pass through
There was an open isle in the front of the bakery... Until an employee pushed her cart in to stock her pies, closing this lane as well.
After about a minute she looked up and saw me standing.
She did ask if I needed assistance.
When I told her I was looking for a pathway to continue shopping, she directed me to the isle behind me - she, nor any of the other 4 workers realized that every path was blocked.
She did apologize for the inconvenience, going on to explain the importance of stocking the shelves, maintaining her cart closing the isle.
Since customers are such an interference during stocking, maybe HEB should change their open hours.
Being unable to proceed with shopping, I abandoned my few items in my shopping cart - blocking an isle and left the store.
Very sad that Walmart provided a much better shopping experience today

Sushi was gross, the rice was rock hard. I always buy Sushi at HEB and this HEB must have some new peeps working there, but the past few times the sushi is rocks that fall apart. Sushi department please get it together
