I wish the self check outs opened @ 0600 like every other HEB in the area.
Update:
Since this review, I've not had any other issues. At least 2 self check outs are open. I've also found this H-E-B to be better stocked than others. I'm sure there are many factors involved, but at the end of the day, being able to get the items I need is fantastic. Btw, the employees who work to stock the shelves are very helpful.
Update: Still no issues with the self checkout. I'm still able to find items that were out at other stores. There's a soup bar now & additional self checkout with belts.
**Update 4th December 2023**
It's been a while since I visited, and this trip reminded me why I usually avoid it. It sometimes looks like this location doesn't start restocking until it opens at 0600. The vegetable section is an accident waiting to happen.

I called to ask if heb had a product and was transfered to healthy living. The person that finally answered wanted to know if I had the heb app on my phone. Shame on that employee and HEB
I do have the app. I called to make sure ti's product was not sold out.
