Puck & Ruby love it here! They don’t even play with the other dogs, but they get plenty of petting & attention and they’re always happy to be dropped off. It’s so nice having somewhere I can leave them and not worry about them.

Our little guy (yorkie poo) had an extended stay (2 weeks) and he really enjoyed himself! We opted for a combo of half day play and enrichment sessions. When we received the “pawgress reports” he always looked so happy! It made our vacation better knowing he was having a great time. The staff are awesome and accommodating. Thank you for taking such good care of him!

At first glance I was happy with my husky’s grooming, but once home I noticed that her nails and paw pads were never trimmed and her deshedding was not done well. I was disappointed in this because the nail trim and paw pad trim were part of the bath package and I paid extra for her deshedding.

The staff if very polite, professional, and cheerful. They show a love for my dog. Raven does an excellent job grooming and always asks if we need any changes or added services. They keep up with the shots that pets need so we know our dog will stay health. The prices are reasonable.

The staff is friendly and is always glad to see Domino. He seems to like it there, and I know he’s well taken care of. I highly recommend Pet Suites Great Oaks.

Pet Suites has been great for my dog Rocky! Everyone there has been so kind and helpful with training, boarding, and doggy daycare. I especially love when I checked on him during outdoor play time and saw Ms. Heather walk around and give each dog a pet and a hug ?. They really do care about your dogs!!

Our 6yr old dog had never stayed at a pet care facility before so we were a little nervous as to how it would go but the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and eased our worries! Our dog did great and had a blast! I will definitely bring our dog back and recommend Pet Suites Great Oaks highly!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of our Yogi!

My puppy was attacked by another dog during their check in process.
Let’s start from the beginning. If you’ve been here, you know their check in process is a mess. They have grooming, daycare and boarding dogs being checked in all at the same time.
We walked in and there were a few dogs inside (office is small) so we decided to stand outside and not to cramp the room.
We were standing at the door propping it open waiting for our turn when another dog off leash attacked our mini golden doodle puppy. Now I’m not ever go to blame the facility for the attack but they did nothing afterwards.
They were still open to accepting the dog for boarding services after the attack. It wasn’t until the dog snapped at a woman working there when the dog was denied service!
I gave the GM some ideas to improve the check in process and even inquired about additional safety measures in which she responded “we aren’t at fault since the attack happened outside our facility.”
I was overall super disappointed in the whole thing. No one from their team offered to help with the hospital bills nor did anyone check in for another grooming appointment. We won’t be returning BUT I’m super sad bc Raven is one of the best groomers we’ve ever been to! If you do decide to go for grooming services, try working directly with raven! He’s the best!

My dog was so difficult to deal with. They didn’t give up on him and now Ray J is always so excited to see them and go for playtime
