Lady at the donation place rejected some of our items like a Christmas tree in a box & a kid gate. She was extremely rude and like swung the box back into us. Never again will I be at that location.

So many interesting treasures to explore in this establishment! A little pricey on certain items but overall, it's pretty nice for a thrift store. The store is clean and mostly orderly. The only downside for me was the staff members weren't very friendly. I wasn't greeted upon entering and when I asked the cashier for help with a larger furniture item in the back of the store, the young lady huffed and quite sarcastically used the phone to call for another staff member to assist me. After I thanked her, she then ignored me until the other staff member arrived. At least that gentleman was friendly. He kindly offered to help load the furniture into my vehicle which I was very grateful for. I wish every employee would behave like he did.

This store can be a bit trashy, but the employees are fairly nice and helpful.

No baby gear accepted. I guess for safety reasons they don't. Just in case you didn't know, don't waste your time. Dropped off a few boxes of dinnerware. Everything was wrapped, not sure it survived the young man handling them.

Good variety of items, decent prices. We purchased a carpet shampooer, and unfortunately, it didn't work. They were great and refunded our $$ with our receipt.

Goodwill is just business! The prices are way too high, people should just stop going there so they actually go down on price and actually help !

As many others have stated, overpriced. I recently read a post on a neighborhood app discussing places to donate. Almost every other answer was do not donate to Goodwill, they over price their items they get for free. Will try to include parts of the conversation. Not sure if donations are down at this location but this is the reason. Another big problem are parents who bring their kids to run around the store unsupervised. Running down aisles screaming, crying is very annoying when you are trying to shop. The store should be aware that there were many people on Easter Sunday stealing donations that were left in front of store. A photo was posted in one of the FB groups.

Visited a few days ago. Employees were polite and helpful. Found a lot of goodies at 50% off. I will visit the store again.

Always greeted when I first walk in. Have gotten some tips on how to "bing" an outfit. Good people doing their job and keeping the shop tidy and clean. Comfortable and secure feeling.

Goodwill needs to publicly post their return policy as well as make it a standard policy ar all stores. Most folks don't return things here, but when they are specifically asked about said policy and state what it is, then upon return of a purchase. We were cleary told the items were 'returnable'. When the items did fit, we attempted to return the items, only to be told we could only get store credit.

Fantastic from the moment I walked in the doors. I found 6 Shannon wine goblets, a 8" lead crystal bowl by Crystal Clear Industries, 2 Bleikristall lead crystal candle sticks and 2 lead crystal coffee mugs. Easy off and back on I-35. The store was neat and clear and well merchandised. The friendly cashier claimed to have worked for Goodwill for 15 years. A great thrifting experience. I probably would have bought more if I'd had more time.
