Glass replacement went great and the technician was very easy to work with. They also got my insurance to cover my windshield recalibration. However, I told them about my appointment on Nov 6 and they told me they never received it, so now my car is stuck at the dealership and I’ve been trying to get them to fix the problem for days now with no communication on their part. Whenever I call they tell me they will get someone to reach out, but nothing has happened.

Horrible experience ever! I would give them zero stars if u could. The service was bad and their tech never showed up to fix windshield. I really needed it fix thats the reason I scheduled an appointment. Very disappointed With them.

Used this company to replace my windshield as the were a preferred vendor of the insurance company .Guy told me he struggled with my install and after he finished and left I discovered my rear view mirror no longer worked and was jammed in an odd position. Immediately called him back he was irrate on the phone telling me he was off work. Hung up called the main number they put in a warranty claim. Called back the next afternoon as I still had not heard anything and was told an email was being sent to the vice president. Two days letter and still nothing. I called again and told by Susan they will notate the account. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that is not allowed. Terrible service and I'm driving with an inoperable rear view mirror.Service: Installation

We called and got a date set up for this morning, Saturday march 26 we had a $420 payment set…THE MORNING OF THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO $620 BECAUSE IT WAS THE LAST GLASS THEY HAF BEFORE THEY HAD TO ORDER MORE. I’m sorry but I don’t see how you not being prepared is our fault….so no I don’t recommend using them they are sloppyService: Auto windshield repair

I'm shocked at the reviews here. They were very communicative. There was an issue with the first appointment but i got a text early morning and rescheduled for the next morning. Safelite was $400. These guys were $225 total.

I hope all of their drivers don't make a habit of trying to kill people on the road. That's what just happened to me at 1097 & Interstate 45 in Willis. I drive for work too and understand how frustrating it can be, but I try not to blatantly endanger others. Unacceptable.

Instead of honoring their appointment for a windshield chip repair, they called me at the exact time of that appointment to tell me that no technician is available. "Next time available will be.... a week later," is the solution I got from them. Just piss poor customer service.

Glass America is by far the WORST!!!! WORST!!!! WORST!!!! WORST!!!! WORST!!! Company to do business with!!! I specifically scheduled a morning appointment for a hail storm front window repair, called the day before to confirm my appointment, they said yes everything was complete and ready to go for the next day, waited for a call letting me know what time they were going to arrive and did not receive one! Called glass America to find out the estimated time frame of my arrival and was told I was scheduled from 3-5 pm! I told them I needed a morning appointment, the woman on the phone told me my Technician (Anthony) sent me a text confirming my time, I told her I didn’t get one, and SHE then sent the text through a second later The operator then told me “I didn’t need to be at home.” I said WHAT!!! How are they getting their money ma’am!!!!!! She never said anything! I then Called the technician (Anthony) that was assigned to my repair and asked him to confirm the address they had on file for me and they had the WRONG ADDRESS!!!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO, DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! BAD, BAD, BAD, BAD BUSINESS, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!! AND MONEY!!!!!!! I TRULY!!! wish I had paid ATTENTION to the reviews before agreeing to this MESS!!!! I called back to ask again what time my appointment was scheduled for and the rep said she didn’t know!! Was referred to this company by my insurance company. Needed a new windshield - was told they would call me back the next day to confirm inventory. No call back so I called them back two days later. Asked me to hold for about 10 minutes, them asked to stay on hold for more time or a call back but never called back. Tried calling again a week later but waited on hold for over 30 minutes before giving up. It's now been two weeks and never got a return phone call.

Tech was very courteous. He cleaned every thing. He said his top priority is keep customer happy and he made me happy. I was impressed. I was worried about after reading bad reviews and i did mention it to them. They were much cheaper than then the safelite difference was 160+. After market mirror are after market so no big deal. He explained everything very well and he bear me next to him standing and watching.I would definitely recommend glass america to others.

After my window was smashed in, I was told Glass America could fix it within hours, but when it was time to repair, they canceled. I explained that I was going out of town for over a week and didn’t feel comfortable waiting until getting back to re-schedule, but was assured that even without a key or me being present that they would be able to repair the window. After the rescheduled appointment, the tech texted saying he needed to talk, but wouldn’t return my call or text. After multiple calls, I got through to an rude employee who told that repair is impossible without a key and that regardless, I’d have to wait a week from the original appointment to reschedule. Overall, it was a horrible experience and communication was very poor.
