Gap, always casual quality clothes. The outlet had some good deals ? Clearance sections always out of sorts, but it's a busy section.

This is a large store with a ladies and men's section. The clothing is suited mostly for younger people, with lots of shorts, jeans and t-shirts. There was a clearance section with an additional 30% off, and they also give another 10% off for those with a military ID.

Gap Factory in Round Rock provides good selection of clothing with very reasonable prices, especially if one is lucky enough to run into days with extra % off... Sorry, I don't know when those extra savings take place, but I have gotten extra savings ?. All items are usually very neatly arranged and organized; even during holiday season, which is pretty impressive with all the shoppers and the craziness. Staffs are informative and I found them very extremely helpful when I needed some assistance. ??????

The clothes are great but customer service is not great. I purchased a couple of T-shirts on black Friday and I wanted to return them for another size. They wanted to charge me double because the item is no longer on sale. I purchased the item half off. I was baffled because the item that I was returning once the transaction was complete they were going to put that item on the floor for full pric.. I was confused because it should been even exchange
