Very poor customer service and general unfriendly-ness. Thankfully their stuff isn’t that great that I can just go to a nicer and more customer oriented store and don’t have to ever shop there again.

I didn't find a cocktail or formal dress I was looking for, but I did find this high-low magnolia flower dress I fell in love with!! I was not expecting it to be so dang cute. It's polyester sadly, but I'm obsessed with the magnolia flowers!I also have a lace infinity scarf from Francesca's but it was a present, so this is my first time buying something from them.

Really pretty, romantic clothes, but on the cheap side as far as how they're made. And note, this isn't an outlet store! There is a clearance corner and you get get a BOGO half off if you buy more, but otherwise, it's full price in here.

I love Francescas but this particular location Round Rock outlets the staff is pretty rude. Every other location I visited in SA and Austin all the girls are super nice. Not this one ?also it felt dirty.

First time ever shopping here and it’s a super cute store. As for the employee working, Sophia to be exact was full of attitude, and very rude. Never once checked to see if we needed anything, saw something misplaced on a rack, went and snatched it off the rack and threw it on the counter aggressively behind her and came to check me out. Did not ask if I found everything I needed or anything. It was a dead silence transaction, only thing said was my total which was in a horrible attitude tone. Did not wish us a good day or anything after. I’m all about customer service but after this interaction it may be my first and only time entering this place of business which is sad to say.

Went into the store today (6/1/22) with my friend enjoying a kid free afternoon, browsing around stores at the outlets. Decided to walk into the store and my friend tried on some outfits ended up buying a dress. We didn’t get greeted when we walked into the store okay cool whatever, no one offered to assist us while shopping, and at check out the cashier girl (Sophia) was extremely RUDE!! Didn’t ask how we were doing, did we find everything okay? Absolutely nothing! Very awkward! Threw around clothes! Slammed the register! Threw our merchandise in the bag! Even walked away to put a dress back on the floor! When my friend said thank you when she got her bag Sophia didn’t even reply with anything! Straight up ignored us! I will definitely not be returning here!
