Used wrong tool for battery chnage and burred the backplate. I had to take a file to my watch to get it to stop pinching hairs. Other than that this store has been pretty good.

This is one of the best Fossil outlet store. We bought some nice handbags at great deals along with a handful of watches. The store was little busy during our shopping and Joel took time to engrave personal message on all the watches. Awesome customer service.
