My yellow lab Destiny has been a patient at this clinic 11 of the 12 years of her life. Now she cannot walk. She cannot stand up. She cannot go to the clinic and I call to get antibiotics for UTI and I'm told she has to come into the clinic which is impossible. This is the most uncompassionate clinic I've ever seen

They were great! Took great care of my pup. This was the first doctors office that my pup took to. He was very excited to be there and loved the staff. I'm so glad I went with Forest Creek.

I'll start by saying I really liked the vets at FC. The office staff are a COMPLETELY different story. They are rude, wait, let me correct that, they are downright nasty. They lie. My dog is extremely old and completely terrified of the vet. They couldn't care less. He normally takes trazodone to help calm him, but for some reason they just shrugged their shoulders when I asked. I asked if it had somehow become dangerous for him, didn't get an answer. They expressed his anal glands and he bled for 2 weeks. His tail was down the entire time, so I know he was in pain. The vet is too scared to even give him a cytopoint allergy shot because he's just so extreme in his terror. I have found another vet (Dr. Schroeder at White Rock) who, on the first visit, did his anal glands, gave him a shot, did acupuncture and drew blood without him having a complete breakdown. AND gave him a prescription for Trazadone. He was quite scared, but her "bedside manner" is unbelievable. She just gets on the floor and plays with him and comforts him. I've seen her talk baby talk to a HUGE, very unhappy and scary dog and that dog was all of a sudden her best friend. Again, I liked the vets at FC. But mostly, it was the vet techs that he was terrified of. And the front desk staff are such disgusting excuses for human beings. I'll take my baby and my money to someone who can truly care for him and his many diseases in his last days. Do better, people.

I have been going to this veterinary hospital for about the last 5 years . We have done yearly dental cleanings and shots over the years. From the techs , front desks staff to the veterinarians I have never had a bad experience. I have a little 6 pound yorkie that I only trust with Dr Bearclaw for going under with the dental cleanings she is always very communicative clear about what's going on and what she recommends i trust her. I have been helped by other vets there which has been good she is just my favorite. We transferred from another veterinarian hospital in Pflugerville who was very pricey and there was always extra costs on things. My overall experience with vets I have come to find it's not about the newness of the office but I have found these older offices that have been around more trust worthy for some reason some would say more mom and pop. Thank you Forrest Creek animal hospital :)

Friendly and professional service. My dog felt safe and was in and out. Staff explained procedures and kept me informed.

I took my female dog to be spayed and she came home with a rash on her skin where they shaved her belly for the surgery. So, I take her back to the vet and they give me an ointment to put on her belly for 10 days. After 7 days of putting the ointment on her belly, the rash spreads to the place on her forearm where they shaved her for the IV. Now the vet sells me some oral antibiotic over the phone. I don't trust Forest Creek Animal Hospital to do the right thing for my dog, so I go to a different veterinarian clinic and have them find out what this rash is by doing lab work which Forest Creek never did the first time. So yes, it is a staph infection from them not cleaning their equipment after using it on other animals. I am no longer a customer at Forest Creek Animal Hospital, I spent more money and wasted more time than necessary. I am currently taking my dog to a different vet clinic with more professional and caring people.

I can't speak for the vet side since my disappointment comes from the grooming side. But overall the customer service is greatly lacking. This is the second time I was terribly disappointed in the grooming and communication. Their groomer prefers not to work hard to make your pet look good. They just shave your dog's hair all off where you can see their pink skin. When you communicate that you do not want this to happen and they do it anyway it is lack of respect for the customer. They just don't care. Go elsewhere.

I came here for the first time for 3 shots and heart worm testing for my dog about a week ago. I called a few weeks ago to make the appointment - for everything I asked for they quoted me around $100. So I booked the appointment here thinking that was a great price. I show up, and wait about 15-20 mins because they have to "look through" my dogs previous vaccination records. I get in the room and the tech asked me if it was "all" of the shots and heart worm testing. I said yes not thinking she really meant all of them... because it's their responsibility to check the records they made me give them. The vet comes in and lists all the shots they were giving to her and I questioned and said wasn't it only supposed to be 3 not 4. The vet shows me and sure enough the 4th shot isn't due for another year!! The vet went back to see if the tech had already done it and she had, so I ended up with that charge of course. They also asked to do a feces culture, and I should've said no, but I thought there was something wrong when really she's perfectly fine. So they charged me for that too. But for what? What is the MEDICAL REASONING for all of the extra s**** Long story short, they will ask to do all of this testing just to get more money, even if your dog is super healthy. It's wrong. On top of that, the vet swore to me that the extra shot won't hurt my dog but she threw up bile yesterday morning (which could be unrelated)- but besides that she was super fatigued and not acting like herself. This place was careless with my pet, so be careful taking your pet here.

I am extremely pleased with the care given today at the Forest Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Carter called to update me while my 4mo puppy was getting her exam/shots done and answered all questions I had. Clayton who fit me into today's schedule has amazing customer service and provided all information needed. I received a text that my dog was due for her last round of shots and my scheduling and visit all happened within 1hour. (Only day I was in town for a while) Even through short phone calls, I know she received wonderful care by all the staff. 10/10 Recommend

Shame on those of you working here today, for turning away a suffering animal during business hours. If all you care about is your paycheck, get a different job. There are too many people who would gladly do your job with the best interest of the animals in mind. Y’all’s lack of concern and compassion for the animal as you walked out to your vehicles to leave, its just sickening. Get it together Forest Creek.

We had to put down my sweet 15 year old lab Izzy today. The staff at Forest Creek was amazing. They made the whole experience peaceful and you can tell they care about you and your pet tremendously. I highly recommend them.

My experience at this spot is progressively getting worse and worse. Every time I drop my pet off, there's something that goes wrong! I dropped him off to be groomed, (groomer once again gave him the haircut he wanted instead of what I asked for) there all day long just to be the last dog groomed (which seems to be often) starting to wonder why my dog is always last but at least they are consistently rac***!! The vet doctors here are awesome but I can't deal with the customer service or lack there of.. never again!!

I just moved to the area not too long ago and found the reviews online for this place to be pretty positive so I decided to take my 3 year old crazy labradoodle in to get caught up on his vaccinations. What a great experience! Everyone here is so very friendly. Dr Tran was so sweet and helpful. I also needed a place to have him boarded and loved the idea of having him boarded here in case any medical attention is ever needed. I am so grateful to the team for being so welcoming and so very kind to my crazy furry sidekick.
