Had a wonderful experience as my husband and I just walked in to browse. Excited to visit their new store. DeeDee was exceptionally helpful as well as Nancy when I had questions about the size of the diamonds. Good job, friendly staff. Very welcoming.

I just want to say that first cash and pawn is the best pawn shop I been too in a long time where to start first of all they ever friendly staff and good Quality jewelry and guns that won’t cost a arm or a leg and definitely won’t hurt your wallet or bank account you can definitely catch me going here more often

If you want things done right and want someone to truly work with your financial struggles I highly recommend going to visit Miguel. He exceeded my expectations and gave me more than i thought I could get out of the item I brought to sell. Definitely recommend this location 100%

This was an isolated instance which the District Manager was very courteous in working out with me and had a very pleasantly understanding conversation. Had a train wreck of a disgusting interaction with some sorry excuse for humanity called Ester who within seconds of greeting me was telling me to get out because what I have is trash before insulting me to my face then shouting epiphets and obscenities as I walked out the door. After having spent thousands of dollars at various locations throughout Corpus Christi and Austin, I do not anticipate visiting any of their stores any time soon because of this. Besides being completely unprofessional the staff's demeanor through this encounter lacked the most basic regard for humanity let alone common courtesy.

They are very negligent with their pawns. I dropped my laptop off with a brand new charger and when I went to pick it up it looked very filthy. It’s not even white any more and it was sticky. The manager was supposedly going to contact me after looking at the cameras and I have yet to hear a word from them.

The worst pawn shop in round rock. The old tard with the glasses that mops the floors in the evening said he couldn’t verify if my Nikes were authentic with a flashlight. Wish I could give negative stars but it’s not available.

Worst pawn brokers I have ever encountered. To begin with, I pulled into the parking lot and was at the front door 5 minutes to 5p. Yes, I would be frustrated as well if someone had done this to me at my job, however I would maintain a professional demeanor and do the job I am paid to do regardless of what time it just so happened to be. When I presented my item I was given an outrageously low offer, mind you I was only seeking a temporary loan, but was told I needed to be grateful I was even allowed in the store. If your hours are from 10 a- 5p then 5 minutes to 5 p is still business hours. When I showed my distain for the offer he then looked at my item once again and then recended the offer. His reasoning, my item was defective. The item was brand new and not even been used once yet. I have met some very knowledgeable pawn brokers, but I believe I just met so.e if the worst today. Worst pawn shop in the area by far!
