Serviced my wifi's Audi Q5 in May 2024. When I called them in July 2024 for my Audi S6, they suddenly told me that they don't work on Audi cars. It is strange to me that any European car shops won't work on Audis and all the change happened in just 2 months.
In addition, when they worked on my wife's Q5, they didn't specify what brand of oil was used like other shops,.

I visited this business twice hoping for some honest help with my 2008 Mercedes E350. Both times I was brushed off and sent away without helping me. The most recent visit was the most disheartening as I am the father in a family of five, single income household and was concerned about a very loud thumping noise coming from the front of my engine from one of the pulleys. It sounded to me like the sound was coming from the area of my ac compressor but I wasn't sure. A guy named Adam agreed to look at it. A few days later he called to tell me it was engine failure, I was devastated. I couldn't afford a new car. He showed no empathy or concern when I asked if it could be fixed. I went to pick up my car and asked him to walk out and look at it with me as I thought the sound was coming from the ac compressor and wanted to know if he was sure? He said two other mechanics looked at it and they all agreed it was engine failure and that I needed to get rid of it and find a new car. I ended up taking my car to Five Star Auto on Prairie Trail in Austin, a small shop full of great guys that actually gave a shit and they agreed with me about the ac compressor and fixed my car. I sincerely believe Adam and ECC Tuned ATX didn't want to help a guy with an old Mercedes and simply didn't care. I highly recommend not giving them your business if you want honest and caring people helping you in a time of need. Sincerely.

I was very impressed with the courtesy and knowledge provided from this shop. They not only had great expert advice, but they made sure the upgrades I choose to install didn't put me at risk of damaging other components of my car. This advice is valuable!

Have to agree with all the other 5 star reviews. Eurocharged ATX is awesome. It was easy to get on the schedule and communication was excellent. The staff are customer focused and experts at diagnostics and repairs. It is so nice to feel confident about the work being done to my A6 and that I finally found the right place to bring it for any service needs.

If you own a european vehicle, come to this shop. Tyler will get you right. Got my turbo 4 series BMW fixed here multiple times, nicest shop in central Texas and very knowledgeable techs.
