Unlike the one in Taylor, they treated me like a valued customer and not a smelly homeless vagrant. Pretty sad I have to say it that way and as rude as that lady was to me it is mind boggling how she has a job. How the hell do you rent out someone's rental when it's reserved? Then to tell me not only that but that you can't get me one for 3 days. Funny cuz I called Round Rock and not only did they get me into one, because my ride was stuck in traffic, they waited and finalized it well past close of business. Thank you guys for making sure I had transportation and for going the extra mile, pun intended lol.

Office was nice and helpful as can be.Gave me a car with only 1/8th tank of gas though. Had to immediately find a gas station which I didn’t have time in my day for. The steering wheel adjuster doesn’t work so it felt like driving a school bus for three weeks.

I always thought renting a car would be a long process but I was pleasantly surprised how easy these guys made it.Reservation, got picked up in time and was out on the road in about 15 minutes with a great car. 20 days later I returned it and was out in 5 minutes. Deposit was returned to my card within 24 hours.Highly recommend.

Be careful here. They gave me a faulty Nissan that was poorly maintained and under recall. The part that was recalled blew up causing a dangerous potentially deadly incident. Now they are asking me to pay 7k to fix their vehicle that malfunctioned. To make matters worse they loaned me a Toyota right after, which I left at caliber collision upon their encouragement and instruction after retrieving my car that was in the shop. 2 days later a hail storm came through and totaled the vehicle. Despite them telling me explicitly that they have an agreement with caliber collision to leave and retrieve vehicles they are still charging me 15,000 for the damages because of their shiesty contract. Do not trust these people.

Attempted to use this location on multiple occasions. They have never had the type of vehicle reserved well in advance + extremely disappointing experience once on site. Do yourself a favor and take your business and use the Avis 1.4 miles away or the Hertz 1.6 miles away.

Staff is incredibly rude and more often than not unprofessional, and that's if they even know what they're doing. This attitude coupled with the unprofessional demeanor shared by the employees makes the entire engagement uncomfortable. If you're going to rent anything go literally anywhere else, a rodent suited up with a tie could provide better customer service.

Zero stars. This location is awful. We went there at 9 AM on Saturday. They took my license and credit card and said you're all set to come back in 40 minutes so we did and then they act like they never heard of us and told us come back in another 40 minutes. We did but it took a while to get seen and then they closed and said oh too bad you don't get a Car we are closed. These assholes ruined my entire Saturday.

Zero stars.I don’t often write reviews so for me to feel compelled to leave a review this time, it is nothing short of deserved. My car has been unavailable to me due to the recent hailstorm which caused it a lot of damage. Naturally that means body work and extensive repairs. To keep myself ticking, I rented a car from Enterprise without much ado and I even returned it a day before it was due because I was going to be out of the country. I returned from my trip extremely tired and jetlagged, with a ton of errands to do. My car is still under repair and I decided to renew my rental. My insurance company set everything up and all I needed to do was pick up a car from them. What I definitely did not need nor expect was for them to be completely unreachable as I have been calling them multiple times and they do not even have the decency to return my calls. I have been unable to run any errands or go anywhere in fact. I have become grounded in my own house since I have been denied the opportunity to rent a car again. I will be contacting another branch and hopefully their service is publicly available and their phone lines are for speaking to customers and not mere decorations.

If I could give a Zero, I would. The worst service in the world. We got a dirty, filthy car. It needs air in all tires and windshield wiper fluid...who knows what else. All the representative was interested in was making sure we were aware we were going to be charge for everything on that dirt pile of a car. I will never use their service. You can never get anyone to answer the phone either. I will be reporting then to the better business bureau.

Had a claim through USAA - so I called round rock Enterprise to schedule a pick up for a week later. A week goes by and I show up at the round rock Enterprise location. Only to be told they don't have a car available for me and I wasn't scheduled for a pick up. Manager is there and speaks with me on this - and admits to me to their own main scheduling line for enterprise doesn't actually see car availability. They just schedule blindly. But in order to actually set up a car rental reservation you have to call the location branch directly. She then went on to admit that 25 people had shown up the day before with the same exact issue. Really frustrating experience since I had already dropped my vehicle off at the car repair shop and have been having to find transportation to get to work. And on top of that I was late to work this day to pick up a rental and didn't get one, so I was late for no reason today. I called in later - made sure to get someone at the local branch (on hold for 15minutes) and they scheduled me an appointment for the next week. I don't understand how enterprise is not making calls to people to let them know what they are scheduled for in the system is not an actual car reservation beforehand.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They never answer the phone, and I had to use a different Enterprise to rent a truck from...which was extremely inconvenient and cost me money in travel (Uber). Every other Enterprise in the area, answered their phones...so the excuse of it being the storm for an entire week (I called everyday for a week) is simply untrue. You have to listen to the awful corporate message that repeats every 30 seconds while you're on hold too. "Everything we do we do with our staaaaandard of care". Find another company to rent from. Terrible.

Quite a failure of an Enterprise.I reserved a four door compact car.They failed to reserve such a vehicle.They gave me a disgusting gas guzzling pickup truck instead. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke. Every surface of the cabin was disgusting. The steering wheel was sticky with some sort of residue.Upon remarking on my disappointment about the pickup truck being the only vehicle available, the staff member only gave me just a bunch of excuses, and did not offer to swap the vehicle out when another preferred vehicle arrived on the lot.They failed to put my spouse as an authorized additional driver on the vehicle rental agreement.I was not greeted when I arrived at the rental location, nor was I even spoken to for ten minutes while I waited in line to speak to an associate.Edit: I'm not interested in speaking with anyone else from that rental location. I'll be speaking with the corporate customer relations representatives via e-mail, and I'll continue to escalate until I am given an apology for the failure to hold the reservation and the mishandling of the rental agreement. The remedy here is simple: add my spouse as an authorized driver on the rental agreement and swap out this gas guzzling truck for a vehicle with a better fuel economy, like we had reserved.
