This store closes before 10pm. It says 10pm on the door but more like in-between 9:25 and 10:00 makes a lot of people upset.

This is the absolute worst Dollar General. It's ridiculously bad. Checkout was slow because of multiple conversations with customers... And normally I'd consider that good customer service, but not when there's 5 people waiting on line. Product is all over the floor. Nothing on the shelves. Other employees aren't helping each other... Sad...

They always have products all over the floors. In the isles you can not get through with a wheelchair. I have to leave my wife and walk down isles with out her Due to the clutter in the store isles.

I went in to buy nail polish. Behind the register was an older woman (Etta) and a boy. I asked if they do cash back. Etta just stared at me, the boy answered and said yes. Etta asked how much money I needed, rolled her eyes at me, and sighed. I paid, and the cash back option never appeared on the screen. I asked why? Etta said I probably didn't do it right. I asked if we could try again. She said "No", yelled at me, and said to buy something else. I told her, "No, please give me my money back." I told her that this whole situation was messed up and that I would complain against her. She replied and said, "I don't care." Towards the end, she decided to try again instead of a refund. The worst customer service ever!

The located in Round Rock Texas on North Mays. People that are black or brown should not go into the store or spend their money here. The manager has called people out of their name multiple times and complains to customers about how they are raising their children. A complaint was made to the area manager and nothing was done. The situation seem to have gotten worse. Not a complaint has been made to corporate multiple times. A lot of things on their shelf are not being stocked it seems like they're trying to keep certain clientele out of the store

This is the worst dollar general store I have ever gone to. I went there 2 times in the past and the same older white woman rang me up.So what happened was I needed to buy a few items for a party, so since I was in a rush I had no time to stop at H‑E‑B so I thought going to Dollar General was a good idea… I went in yesterday and there was only one other customer in the store so I thought great! Let’s get the items and we will be just on our way. This guy was getting checked out and I had to wait almost 6 minutes in line because they were too busy chitchatting about who knows what and the guy looked like he wanted to cut the conversation short but this woman kept talking and talking and even walked him out! Like seriously?! That’s when I started to say something like “HELLO WE HAVE BEEN WAITING IN LINE FOR A LONG TIME, WE ARE IN A RUSH” she just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and said “I hear you”. Dollar General needs to hire efficient employees AND a new store manager so that they can CLEAN this store from ceiling to floor and run a proper store, potentially attract more customers..
