Needed new tires last minute and the store didn't have any of the right size in stock. Brian, hearing that we needed the tires that night, called around to other stores to find one that carried our tires. We were able to drive to the other store and get right in to have our tires replaced. Great example of an employee spending a few minutes to take care of a customer.

Fantastic service today! I had one tire with a barely repairable nail puncture, and one tire where a previous patch/plug from discount started leaking. The manager was very helpful and friendly and gave me a fantastic deal to replace both tires, since the plug from a few months prior had failed.
Highly recommend coming here for tire needs!

I went in to Discount Tire with a manufacturer error message indicating that a tire needed maintenance. I had one tire replaced but the message remained. I went back in. Gilbert checked all of my tires to make sure they were all good and balanced. He was able to clear the error message and within 5 minutes, I was on my way home.

Bad customer service, Dont know whose next in line, no greetings when you walk in. Not concerned about customers comfort while waiting on vehicle. Straight trash.

Extremely disappointed. Have purchased tires from this store several times and never had an issue. Had an 11 am appointment, did not receive help till 1130 as there’s no line for prepaid reservations? Then, they lost my Rez and said the tires weee refunded. Discount did not follow their own process, which is 30 days from online purchase, today was day 27. Really down hill

I like getting tires through discount tires. Many times I made them price match with Costco based on quote.
Today I wasn't that excited as they were only giving $10 for an old trie prorated which wasn't great.

I had a piece of metal puncture a tire, and the tires were bought previously at the Discount Tire and were under warranty. Extremely professional customer service and fast completion, in my situation. Total cost $14.89, and I was short a single 0.25. Without a transfer of monetary value from 1 acct to another acct , the employee paid the quarter! You know who you are....., KUDOS!

Free pressure check and free tire repairs are obvious business ploys to grab business (I would assume almost every tire is deemed unrepairable like mine), but they do tires at a fair (will price match competitors) price.
