They never answer the phone. The pharmacy is rude and I’m changing my pharmacy to somewhere else.

Wow! Customer service like no other. My daughter lost her wallet with her medication while visiting the Capitol. It was late and we are from Orlando. I called and waited for a long time, but the customer service provided by Sabrina was superb. There are no words to describe how she handled the situation. She helped us with a situation that was very difficult with patience and kindness, which sadly, it isn’t something we see lately with customer service. I hope to speak with the manager about the excellent care. She could have said sorry because it required her to go above and beyond, but she chose to serve with excellence. THANK YOU!!!

Stopped in for some supplies while on a road trip. This place keeps there bathrooms locked! Pharmacy worker told me I needed to go the the front and ask for a key. In areas where there is a homeless issue I understand - but this is on the rural edge of suburbia! Looks to me like they just don’t want to have to maintain the bathrooms. Very disappointed CVS!

The most sad and tragic example of a large corporation burning the fat of the souls of the American worker while doing a better job of misleading, misrepresenting and screwing over the general public in the pursuit of PROFIT! This should be a flagship pharmacy and fully staffed, ALL of the 24 hours. And if the staffs quality is always suspect it means you need to hire more people and invest in the employees you have. Double staff for the rushes. Stop overworking the few good employees here. Regional managers should be ashamed of this epic failure of a pharmacy. I feel sorry for the employees stuck in the purgatory of employment at CVS. How awful it must be to not be given the resources, man power or drugs needed to even come close to some semblance of a decent job.

My review is based on my last two experiences with the pharmacy. One Rx they did not have and they told me to call around town as it would not be available for two days. She became irritated when I asked specific details of the antibiotic name and concentration. How do you expect me to call around town searching for a specific medication if you won't tell me what it is??Tonight, I have been here since 9 pm. I went through the line to find out the Rx is not ready. It's now 10:21 pm, the antibiotic is ready, but I am waiting in this line again. They have not called a single name the whole time I have been here. You are expected to get back in line which is snaking through the store.Completely inefficient.

I had been coming to this CVS for 6 years because it is a 24 hour pharmacy. After the past year of rude pharmacists and techs that tell you something different every time you call...assuming they even answer the phone, I'm going to Walgreens. The final straw for me was when the pharmacist told me one price on a prescription, with a coupon from my doctor and two days later a different pharmacist told me I could not use the coupon because I was on Medicare, which I am not. When I stated that I was taking my business elsewhere, she stated " just let me know where to send your profile." When I asked to speak to her manager, she replied " I am the manager." I am done being abused by CVS Pharmacy. I hope they have to close even more stores. They certainly lost my business.

I have always enjoyed working with the pharmacy at Old Settlers Blvd. The past couple of day have been not so good. No one will answer the phones in the pharmacy dept. I've been trying since 8 last night and even called the counter and they told me that people were back there. This morning, the same thing. If a doctor was trying to contact them, I wonder if they would answer the phone? Please fix this problem. A Pharmacy is an artery to medication needed for patients. It could be a matter of life and death!!!

Scheduled my son's COVID booster at 10:45 am. That was 25 minutes ago. We're still here waiting in a slow-moving line next to the pharmacy. Wouldn't be such a big deal if the place had a restroom that was actually open to guests. I had to go to the front of the store and ask twice to get an employee to go back and unlock it - which meant she left a whole line of people standing at the front register. Loved that conversation .... Great to declare in front of total strangers that I need a bathroom. When I actually managed to get into the bathroom, they smelled like something had died in there - and I could smell it all the way down the hall. This is a place that promotes healthcare?? Gross. I would have spent some of my wait time shopping, but now I'm not touching anything in this place.

Love this CVS. The staff is amazing. They are always so kind. Love the hours of the drive through. It’s very convenient. Happy to have this close to my area.

I'm not sure what has happened to this CVS, but the customer service in the pharmacy has become increasingly worse. The pharmacy staff act like I'm inconveniencing them when I ask about prescriptions, why they haven't been processed or costs and such. The final straw was a condescending lecture I just received, on how it is my responsibility to sort out insurance obstacles or alternate medications. I know that, but seriously, they cannot be bothered to answer a few questions about what the issues are. I'm a long-time customer, but I'm done and moving our prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacist (Dr Kristen Bader) was SO helpful with updating my card and going over the effects that may be felt after the shot!!! She gave me a shot (COVID19 booster) and I didn't feel it. Seriously! I can't say enough kind things. PLEASE, if you need a shot (any shot) make sure that you make an appointment and ask for her.

Seems like there has been an ongoing issue with rude people in pharmacy at this location and it has to come from the top down. "Pretty sure" the b who likes to be condescending and use the term "pretty sure" while being unnecessarily rude is the unprofessional boss or up her equally unprofessional boss's rear enough to feel she can act like a** to people and have zero repercussions. How people continue to represent a company in such a negative way regardless of complaints is unbeknownst to me unless the one running the place is just as unprofessional and terrible. I hope they all get some good food or sex soon is all I can say.

10:10pm and they refused to let me use their restroom as a paying customer. Corporate decision or not, that's bad business. I recommend they revisit this decision in the bear future.
