Was told they couldn't fill my prescription because they were out. Sent prescription to another cvs. Drove all the way across town to be told they were out of said refill and I had to call my doctor to get a new prescription. All this while on my lunch break. Rude people, bad service and people that genuinely don't care about you.

Worst pharmacy ever. The college dropouts who work in the pharmacy section at this location have IQs of a turnips. I had a change in insurance and one of my medications flagged as retail price. The princess behind the counter stated we probably don't accept your insurance. Tell me then... if two of my prescriptions are covered at 100%, wouldn't that mean then that the one that is flagging might need a pre-authorization? Seriously... USE YOUR BRAIN. I'm transferring out of this location. They can't get their crap together.

I Called for a prescription refill status, pharmacy agent with whom I spoke was so rude he is clearly pretending not able to understand what I’m saying hope customer calls are recorded and take necessary steps to teach and I am so disappointed, without saying anything he hanged up the call. I am need to find other pharmacy it a clear indication this store is going backwards.

I came here to look for hair tint, after not being able to find it at other stores. They have a wonderful assortment of hair tint and I found exactly what I was looking for! The store is very clean and organized. There is a sign above each row that gives a good synopsis of what the row contains; I do believe it is more descriptive than most stores. It made shopping easy. They also had a discount shelf in front that looked promising and they had a lot of seasonal items and, as seen on TV items I like this CVS, I will be back.

Employees seem like they’re not properly trained or have enough education, on how to operate their System. Check out take a very long time. Counting money seems to be an issue. They really don’t seem interested in helping you. I have to come here pretty often and it just is not a very good experience. I try my best to be understanding and patient but it’s getting quite overwhelming. People just not caring about customer service. One person‘s had ear phones, while I was talking them at check out and chose not to count my money said they trust me and this person is a manager.smh (once again did not know how to use the system ended up having to go to another store to complete my purchase)

Had our passport photos taken here. the associate taking our photos told us the system they use guarantees that our photos will be accepted, but when we went to our passport appointment we were told our photos seemed to be trimmed, so they were not the correct size. Too much of our shoulders were showing as well. came back and got a refund at least, the manager was nice.

I can't recommend the pharmacy. Not synchronized, not responsible, on the phone say one thing, in the pharmacy other - we have a drug, and when you come we don't have it.When it happens once, that can be an accident, when twice, it is not.

They are constantly closing early. Covid is long gone, yet they still aren't open for business appropriately for customers who need to pick up medicine after 7 PM. Normally they close at nine, but because of Covid they close at seven. They have to pay for staff, pharmacist, pharmacist assistant, based on transactions, but they close early, so what revenue that can pay the staff? That makes no sense and this is the only place always closing early.

This location is the best pharmacy I have been to and I have used CVS for years. I had a complicated order as I needed many months of medication since I am living overseas. My insurance was not easy to work with and this team worked with my and spent many hours on the phone with my insurance. I know my old location would not have done any of this. I keep bragging to everyone how wonderful they were and have been to work with. I recommend this location pharmacy. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are absolutely wonderful and a great team to work with. Thank you again for all your help!!

Get the feeling that this location needs to find some more employees. The ones that are there are nice and helpful as they can be considering there is like only one or two on the whole floor. The pharmacy and clinic look fully staffed, it's the rest of the store that is lacking. Go in with this in mind and you will have a better experience.

I don’t come here often once every few months. It’s a small store, recently ordered prints and I wanted to see how they came out. Idk if the lady understood me because she pointed to the number of prints it said on the envelope. I told her I need to take a look before I pay for the photos. There’s Also a self check out but not many people know how to use it efficiently and the employees are seen stocking the shelves most of the time. Everything is overpriced.
