Michael is the worst person who has ever attended to me in a cvs, he is rude and despot even racist! It’s a pharmacy, people must be patient and kind, I just wanted to ask him something and he won’t let me finish talking when he treats me badly!

The pharmacy here is attempting to violate hipa by inquiring if my wife is pregnant and denying filling prescription sent from her doctors. Do they not understand that doctors are fully aware her people's medical conditions? If the doctor had a concern about which medications my wife was on THEY would be the ones to change the medications. The pharmacy has no right to ask about ANYONES medical conditions and deny doctors prescription orders, that is illegal.

I was disappointed with the service I received from your employee Michael. I found his tone and lack of care disappointing.

I picked up two prescriptions yesterday 3/5/25 at CVS 502 University and I had never taken one of the drugs. I’m a cancer patient and started a new chemo that causes severe nausea. I get home and start reading and it might have a reaction with one of my other meds I’m taking. So I wanted to ask if I should take another nausea medicine that I’ve taken before instead to prevent the bad reaction which is unresponsiveness. I don’t know about you but I don’t like sound of that. I’ve called the pharmacy for the last 24 hours left a message last night and no call back. Called today and hit 00000 until it started ringing. The girl that answered wasn’t pleasant at all. She told me to hold on and before putting me on hold she said it might be a while. I told her that was ok. I told her I had no consultation at pick up on the new drug and I needed to talk to the pharmacist. She put me on hold. After 15 minutes it hung up. So I left a message over 24 hours ago I guess that’s what a while is. This practice is unethical and I will not be using CVS Pharmacy going forward.

Sale items were not properly priced if you say it’s 75 percent off why is the discount not applying at check out. If you place items in the sale section on the store they should be honoring the price of the sale and not ignoring the fact they were wrong for placing all of the items there! Very disappointed with customer service at this location!

Shout outs to Tyler at the window. He wasted no time and got me what I needed quickly. All CVS employees should strive for this level of guest service and pharmacy tech expertise. Thank you.

If you like being treated like a criminal then this location is for you. I was followed around the store by a manager even though she stood guard at the self checkout lanes and watched me check out and pay for my items. I then went to grab 2 more items after paying for my 1st transaction and took them to a cashier since
I had an OTC network card and they can not to be used at self checkout. I went to pay for my second transaction and right before I swiped my card to pay, the manager had the cashier void the transaction because she would not accept the OTC even though I had used the same OTC a month prior no issues and even states for use at CVS with instructions for the employee to follow. The manager couldn’t give me an explanation, just rudely pointed to a paper that was for employees as if that would explain it to me. She said she wasn’t going to accept it and that I should try a different location. What an absolute terrible and uncomfortable experience. As a manager if something is no longer able to be used then they should be able to explain to the customer why. The cashier was very nice but the manager was terrible.
