This has been a difficult pharmacy for me to deal with. I am a physician involved in international charity Care but I am supposed to get my medications through Medicare Plan D with CVS as the preferred provider.
I was recently home for a short period and my Physician sent in my prescriptions a few days in advance of my return to my overseas work.
1. First, the one pharmacist told she Had to get the prescription "OKed" by my Pharmacist, which he did (they had called him)
2. When I went back to inquire about the medications, a different pharmacist said they were waiting to get approval they never completed before I had to leave Texas to go back overseas.
3. I am now making very expensive calls from overseas to this same Pharmacy and after 3 attempts they never got it Right via the auto Dial.
This means I am for the second time having to pay $1,500 for 3 three-month supply overseas.

Overall, this location is reasonably clean, well stocked, and solid customer service. But when they do fall short of expectations, they fall HARD.
If you're planning to make a cash purchase during the last hour of business, don't waste your time coming here. Visited 05.09.2024 at 10:20PM and manager on duty refused a cash sale claiming that all register drawers have already been closed for the night.
I have a difficult time understanding how a store is expected to conduct business when all register drawers have been closed DURING business hours. As someone who has worked on the management side of retail and restaurants, I am all for getting ahead on closing duties. However, closing your registers out (and I'm assuming a safe audit as well) DURING business hours while there are still sales opportunities available; that seems like a lapse in judgement and/or poor policy.

The pharmacy had always filled my prescriptions and more importantly my 6 years old’s prescriptions quickly. By the time we’ve left the sr office they are usually ready. I’ve had a few small mistakes here and there but every one they have made right without jumping through hoops. As far as store employees, I think you get what they pay for. I would t say it’s unique to this CVS. Same as any Walgreens and similar stores out there. I’ve had both great and so-so experiences. I’ve never been accused of stealing. I can’t believe there are so many reviews about that. It would be a different review if they did that to me!

I agree with Kurt below. These poor pharmacists are understaffed and they get a bad rap and it’s not their fault. Shame on your corporate CVS!! Oh and it’s ridiculous your pharmacy doesn’t open till 10am. ???
My family and our prescriptions are moving to H‑E‑B. Bye bye!!

I went to CVS to use the reward. My account was not showing the reward when i tried to scan the items. But the manager worked there was very nice and kind. He helped me to sort out the issue. Very glad that CVS pharmacy hired kind hearted managers.

Please text me instead of calling me when my order is ready. I received multiple robot calls when I was in a meeting. It is really annoying.

I don't often write reviews but this is my regular pharmacy--I've been well served by the staff and when I've had questions, the pharmacist has always been helpful. I didn't think the current low ranking of this store was justified.

My favorite CVS. The place is always clean and easy to find what I need. The pharmacist and techs are always friendly. I’ve been going to this location since it opened and have been happy every time!

Corporate CVS is the problem. Money grubbing weasels! Everything is WAY overpriced at every CVS. The pharmacy is usually swamped because of lack of help.. again, a corporate office issue. They seem to be part of Aetna, which itself is a problem!
I've only gone there in an emergency, but the pharmacist was very helpful, but obviously stressed.

I’ve never been more humiliated in my life. A gentleman working here accused me of stealing and when I informed him that I was unaware CVS had carts he sarcastically replied”you’ve never heard of a cart?” And when I proceeded to pay for my items he commented “that’s a lot of ones” I’m not exactly sure what he was implying but my guesses are nothing good ? I’m a single mom and I’m proud I’m able to provide for my family. I’ve never seen this man before or been treated more poorly EVER before at a CVS, but I can guarantee I’ll never shop here again

I would not recommend using this store for your pharmaceutical needs. The It used to have good service, but it has fallen off dramatically recently. The pharmacy department shows a lack of concern for getting prescriptions correct or out in a timely manner. At times, this not even the case since the staff is nowhere to be found for phone calls or in person during business hours.
While it can get busy, it seems to be from a lack of staff or missing staff. Either way, I do not feel confident and will be moving to a new pharmacy even thought they are very close by.
