Worst pharmacy ever.

I drove 20 minutes out of my way bc this is the only 24-hour store that is open other than a gas station. The bathrooms are "closed" overnight. They tell you to go to the hotel down the street. What the hell?!? I will never give you my business, ever again, no matter the time of day.

800 Old Settlers The crew in the pharmacy department is not friendly. They have the demeanor like they do not want to help you. They took their time assisting. I never want to come back to this pharmacy again.

Great if you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes for meds only for them to make you get back in line because they ran insurance wrong.

My last two experiences with the pharmacy have been a nightmare. The first experience, I went to pick up a prescription a week after my doctor had sent it in. On my first visit they said that they didn't have the prescription, I then talked to my doctor's office and returned two hours later where I was now told that they have had the script but couldn't fill it for another three days. Twenty minutes after leaving I received a text stating the script was filled. When I went in it was the wrong qty from the prescription. Then this evening I went to pick up pain meds for my wife who just had surgery. I was told that they needed information from the Dr and had left three messages. My wife called the Dr's office and they had not heard from the pharmacy. They called CVS and talked to the pharmacy and sent the information needed to fill the script. When I returned, I was again told that they had not heard from the Dr. I then got irate, and they rechecked and had the information to fill the script, but they were willing to send my home without the needed pain meds. Once I told Ahmed (the Pharmist or Pharm tech) that he should check to see if he had the required information before he blames the Doctor he gave me a smirk as if he could care less. We will never return to this Pharmacy, and based on the rating no one else should.

(I used to go to the CVS at Great Oaks/620 & now go here periodically). The employees are nice & the store isn't brand new, but these tired legs always appreciate their help (AND the carpet ❤️) When the FDA began "controlling" controlled scripts, and got "particularly upset with" certain chains THAT'S when service declined.Be nice to the employees, even the very local manager. Don't like the CVS system? Change.

I called for 2 days in a row and waited an hour and a half just to have the phone hung up on me. That was the first day. Sec. Day no better, waited an hour and 10 min. I just hung up!! Don't go here.

Not very inclusive, store can't be bothered with special needs individual; Supervisor was downright infuriating and rude, very lacking of customer service.

Went to this CVS and waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. I'd gotten a text from CVS that I had until Oct. 2 to pick it up. It was only Oct. 1, before 7 PM. Only one person working the pick-up line, and everything is painfully slow. I finally get up and provide my details and the (very nice) person says they've already put it back and there's nothing for me. I point out that the text said I had until Oct. 2. She says that they are a 24-hour store so blah, blah, blah ... they have to put it back earlier (something about 13 days). But CVS knows exactly which store I'm picking up my prescription at; don't they know it's a 24-hour store? Can't they send me an accurate text so I don't waste an hour of my time traveling to and waiting in their earthly incarnation of Dante's Inferno for nothing? No, I guess not. That's probably why they've been trying to convince me to have this prescription mailed for the last five years when it is ineligible to be mailed. And why they kept asking me to setup auto-refill and even though I agreed to it hundreds of times and it never actually got set up correctly. This is how they roll. (Note: this insane behavior is probably not due to this particular store and more due to what a dumpster fire their corporate IT/Technology division is; but should I care? Should that be a distinction I even bother making? No.)

I took the flue shot yesterday at this CVS . I'm not sure if really got the shot! I did not feel the needle poke, and when I removed the adhesive bandage, I did not see a tiny drop of blood or any mark for the needle. It has been 36 hours since the injection and I did not feel any redness or soreness in the injection site, and did not experience any symptoms. It seem as I did not get the shot. I wonder if anyone else have the same zero-symptoms situation with flue shot? I took the flue shot many times before and I always have at least soreness and redness in the injection site
