“The University branch in Round Rock was self service so I did just fine just fine. I am very disappointed that the new location in Georgetown has been in excess of 1 year coming. That lets me know that Administration doesn't really doesn't care about Georgetown Texas....I am seriously considering finding a new Credit Union here, and probably do just that.”

“I came in to buy a CD and there was a long wait. After awhile I asked Brandon who was greeting customers if I could schedule an appointment for later. He took charge and filled out a form for me and sent me to the video teller and it was quick and easy. He did a great job.”

“Jessica was super helpful today. She patiently helped me solve an issue with another credit union. TruWest is a shared branch - it wasn’t even a TruWest issue. Thanks Jessica!”

“United Heritage Credit Union Bank of Round Rock is a great place to open up a new bank account with because they have amazing customer service and a awesome online app that’s very easy to use. The best part about opening up a account with them is they treat you like a individual not like a account number like most banks tend to do so . Special thank you to Deena there Branch manager she is a very nice and helpful person who really cares about her clients!”

“Very happy with the service and products at ATFCU. I got a great loan rate when refinancing my truck. Went from 4.9% to 1.98%. Have been banking with them for over 40 years and plan on staying put.”

“Love, love Velocity. I've been with them since I moved to Austin in 1995. So happy with Velocity, I continued to use them as my primary bank when transferred out of state for 12 years. Before Velocity, I switched banks all the time because of poor service and non-friendly customer policies.”

“Not only is this a regular branch, they help teach students personal financial literacy. Get a Dragon card and they even give back to the high school. Come see Mark and Angel, just make sure you come during the school days from 11:30 a 5.”

“1st time to this branch. Opened checking accts for college kids. Had a lady call us over to help us and had to find a chair since there were 3 of us and she never bothered to look up. no greeting etc. When I stopped her to ask her about which checking accts would be best she said not to interrupt her because i made her nervous. I asked her if we could get someone else and she just got up and walked off. Ended up with a gregarious guy named Justin. He asked what we were trying to accomplish, gave us info so we could select the best options and even gave us info that we didn't even know we needed. Night and Day difference in service.”
