I have been with contractors insurance for over 10 years and every time I visit my local round rock office I am always satisfied. Eliana was my agent that helped this time around and she is very attentive and knows what she is doing. I appreciate when a business works with you and can help you understand what I am buying and she definitely did that! Definitely recommend.

I live out in the Gonzalez area. I reached out to the Round Rock office for new business. They have been great. The whole staff is amazing my agent Eliana is great super knowledgeable, and very helpful. if you’re looking for insurance coverage or any other type, they have so many services available. Please look them up. I definitely recommend will continue to have my service with them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Contractors insurance and ALL of their staff. Jacob and Eliana don’t miss when it comes to getting you or your company exactly what you need. Been with them for years, and have always gotten taken care of fully without fail. I know they will do everything in their power to get you situated with your requirements and needs taken care of. They worked magic for me years ago when I was just starting out, over ten years ago and they have only gotten better over time like wine. We’ve moved to Dallas and still exclusively deal with them. And if they seem busy they most likely are, be patient because they are without a doubt worth the wait!

5 stars for this business is not enough as all my interactions with Contractors have been amazing. I have had auto insurance with them for years however I want to highlight that as my first time this year needing commercial liability for my business they were my go to. I went to the South Austin location on a Saturday being serviced by Eliana, Estrella and Jacob and let them know it was time pressing to get insured they understood my urgency, hustled and worked with me even after hours to make sure I left their establishment with coverage that same day. With that great experience in mind I returned for commercial liability on another business. This time around I went to the Round Rock location and was serviced by Eliana, Liliana, Enrique and Jacob. They worked as a team and exceeded my expectations by obtaining a quote in minutes on this second business which has more specific endorsements to meet. I truly could not express enough gratitude to the agents at Contractors and they have shown time and time again how helpful, attentive and knowledgeable they are.

They where very helpful! Went in on a Wednesday but wanted to take some time to think about it. They where very understanding and took the time to explain everything. That definitely made us come back the following week and get insurance with them. Customer service is great! Thanks for the help!

Went in with my mother to fix something on our policy... have used contractors insurance services for years and this is the first time we were ever treated so poorly. The representative Eliana purposely skipped through on the line and demonstrating horrible customer service . When asked she just had an ugly attitude and continue to ignore us in the office. I repeat go find insurance services else where , its just not worth getting treated poorly and the bad attitude . Contractor services need to take a look into this ,

Very unprofessional haven't been able to add a new vehicle. Everytime I visit an office is from 2- 3 hours. Most definitely would start looking for another insurance company.

Have several vehicles with this company. But would be looking for a new company soon. They always short staff. Have to be patience no matter what you trying to do it's always a two, three hour wait. Very unprofessional.
