Elizabeth was the one waited on me. I had online order only myself another person Nobody asked what I was here for ....I stood in line for about 10 minutes literally til I seen somebody come to the don't wait area . Where I guess you go for online orders ... Elizabeth was very unattentive an she cared none about my time or the online order that was purchased... Y'all should really invest in people that want an treat everyone equal ...cause it don't here the purchases it hurts the Company poor customer service... Everytime I come here ...I'm treated like I'm invisible...luckily me have an doin my own thing has nothing to do with how Cold Stone operates

Im soo happy we got a Coldstone in Round Rock. I’ve been a customer for years and love their ice creams. Everyone should try the Mud Pie Mojo and the midnight delight ice cream cake. Awesome service and Ice cream. Definitely recommend.

These coldstone cakes are honestly the best ice cream cakes i’ve ever had. they are rich in flavor and the cake base it’s self is very good, especially when making a custom cake too they are very good at it.Will definitely be back !!

The service is great and the ice cream is awesome.Parking: Decent number of spots next to the store.Kid-friendliness: Coldstone has their own kids size.

Great place, friendly fast staff, big servings imo, and lots of flavors to choose from. Also have good silk almond dairy free ice and other stuff like milkshakes, cakes etc.
