There were all 5 star reviews so I called them on 03-04-24 and our conversation was good so I promised to see her afterwards and I did. By the way I was looking to switch over to Progressive or any other insurance company. Meeting was nice and I gave her my current insurance papers plus all the information necessary. She promised to call me in 3 hours. No calls for the day. I was expecting a call in the morning but nothing. So I called and another lady said she was in another call. I told my name and even gave her my cell number again and she promised to pass on to her. No calls again so I called again in the afternoon and this time I got her and she said she left early previous day so she couldn’t do anything and promised she would call me in a matter of hours. No calls again so, I went again and asked for my documents back and she just gave them to me without any hesitation. I already given up hopes but expected call for some apology but never heard anything as of now. Is this worth 5 star or 5 bricks?

Felix and Samira are the most professional, personable, kind and helpful people that I have EVER encountered in this field of business. Having been a home owner over 20 years and owned multiple cars throughout the years, I've come to understand "insurance" through different carriers and agents. The level of SERVICE Felix and Samira provide is by far the best I've experienced...especially through stressful times when having to file a claim.
