There is always something wrong with their ATM machine, no one answers the phones, they are closed most of the time! They are officially going out of business. They don’t care about the customer so why would a customer care about them. Save yourself time and energy and give your business to another bank.

Came to open an account, the website says 2 ids, I had DL and SSN, But they still insisted that I need to bring my passport as I’m in a LEGAL immigrant , this is my 13th year in this country.Usually every LEGAL immigrant gets DL and SSN using home country passport as US want us to use documents from hear. if banks don’t accept their own countries original documentation. I believe you have a serious problem in your SYSTEM( who ever defined these rules don’t have any commonsense!!!!).Since past 10+ years I was contributing to this “Land of Opportunities” economy and I still see this type of ridiculous process.Also, what’s the point of giving appointments if you don’t honer them!!

Came to the branch to open up an account, they told me the guy to help me, Jose was busy until about 4 and to come back then. Drove home, drove back at 4, and when I show up they say they can’t help me. Poor customer service.

I've been to this bank twice. It is very clean and pleasant. It is in the HAB shopping center near Terra Vista. I have dealt with two different people at this bank, both tellers. Both times,I was treated like a friend. Both tellers were completely competent and eager to help. I'm very happy to have this bank be my bank. I highly suggest people using this bank! Additionally, they have a drive-through ATM. That is very convenient!

I am a Chase Account Holder And Checked My Account and some money was missing so I called there Customer Service and they transferred Me to Scammers who scammed Me out of $32,000 Total From My Account.

Took over 2 hours to get a simple document notarized. They have barely any staff working and the wait times are ridiculous, would avoid on weekends if you are on a time crunch.

To the “Boss Woman” that worked inside the bank Saturday, November 5, please learn some manners. Not one person acknowledged us coming into the bank and when we figured out we had to walk to the back of the building, she rudely told us to social distance…. 2020 is over and it’s time to be nice to one another. If she is the boss of that bank, I’m sure she makes any employee want to jump off a bridge. Customer service is hard, I know. I deal with people everyday. But if it’s too hard for you to be the face of Chase, maybe find a job working from home so you can tel your cat to social distance.

This morning I drove up to make a deposit. A heavy set older woman with died hair refused to send a carrier. Told me to go to the window. The green arrow was on. I drove to the business window and sat a minute. It wasn't moving. I did not have my card, couldn't make my deposit.

My business has been with Chase for almost ten years, and I couldn't be happier. I am genuinely hand-selected to express my gratitude toward the customer service of this particular branch's employees, specifically Brian; they have made what would otherwise have been a life-consuming experience very smooth. Chase overall has been fantastic to my business. Still, if there were to be one inch of room for improvement regarding being more customer-centric, then the fine individuals who man this Bank's Southern California branches would have done so already - that's how dedicated to the customer they are!

They had the nerve to try to charge me $10 to cash a $112 payroll check and my employer banks with them! Thank God I bank with Wells Fargo they don't do that nor will I want to get an account with them like the gentleman tried to get me to do!The only reason I came because I was doing an audit and working across the street and saw they were there. No wonder people don't want to work for sketchy companies anymore!!
