Slow and rude service. Main teller is rude she was rude on the phone, rude to the person in front of us and rude to us as well. I can tell she hates her job and other branches are 10 times better and more helpful. Id rather go out of my way to georgetown or palm valley branch.

This Chase Bank fails. People inside are nice. But the fact they simply cannot provide basic service with an ATM that works is a complete fiasco. Over 2 months - 5 times the outside ATM doesn't work.

I just became a new client of Chase Bank and I was very lucky with our representative. Jose Alvarado is 100 percent the best at this location. I highly recommend working especially with him.
