Went to the atm and my card was stuck inside , I tried clicking the buttons and having it released after 10 min i decided to go ask for assistance at the window. When I went the girl asked if I tried clicking cancel which I of course did many times before asking for help then she told me that this happened the other day and someone else brought a card in from the atm and suggested I do the same or id have to get a new card . I was shocked she suggested this as it would be a terrible idea to see if someone else would bring it in i asked if someone from inside could please come out to take a look and she said they wouldn’t be able to do anything. She never offered to help me with the transaction I wasn’t able to do at the atm and luckily I was able to get it out myself since I wasn’t able to get assistance from the bank. I can’t believe the service I got today. I always come here and have never been treated like this.

As a Chase Private Client, I am appalled at the subpar service at this branch. I called this branch a dozen times over a 2 day period and no one ever answered the phone. So I called the 1-800 number. The call center said that they emailed the branch manager my cell number and requested he/she call me. I never received a call.

If you have a business account need or credit card need, Katia can help.
She went out of her way to make sure everything was buttoned up. I didn’t have too much expectation when I walked in based on the other reviews. It was a pleasant surprise.

I do not recommend this bank to anyone, the treatment is terrible, the bank is empty and you always have to wait longer than usual.

Last Friday I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the Representative to come, they told me that she was running late due to traffic...
Guess what?
Today, Monday, I had another appointment, I arrived 8 minutes late due to traffic as well but the Representative was already gone for lunch and 2 minutes after, she came back and had the audacity to tell me that manager decided not to take me because I was late. Definitely very inconvenient, and very non-willing to help at all. I saw her face throw the window when they told her that I was already there and she just didn't want to take me ALTHOUGH I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR HER ONLY 3 DAYS AGO.
Appalling customer service.

OMG y'all I never ever thought I would experience something like this so if you bank with Chase, I advise you to be careful I was at the Chase Bank off of 45 in round rock area at the drive-through the teller her name is Genesis be aware they are stealing people money I did withdraw and also cashed a check. The lady sent my receipt back with no money, so I called back and asked her where did my money go? She said you didn't get your money I said no ma'am so she told me to hold on I'm waiting for about 10 minutes press the button again, and she tells me to hold on again. I than proceed to go into the bank to speak with her branch manager. He is in there basically telling me that I got my money based off what she told him instead of listening to me the customer we going back-and-forth and eventually I tell him to close my account because how y'all up here stealing from people and then making it seem like I'm taking from my own damn account and lying about it at the bank where they do that at Genesis is the Teller, who stealing and her branch manager Paul is covering up for her

Spent hours working with the branch manager and employees to deal with an issue that was 100% chases problem. They sent me an escrow reimbursement check, which I deposited into my account. Turns out that the check that was issued from Chase and deposited into a chase account, was actually canceled because they had to re-mail the check. I ended up taking on the penalties for the canceled check. The branch manager would not cancel fees, and work with me as a customer. We have been banking, and have had multiple mortgages with Chase, and this was the most frustrating event of the last 15 years. Would go back to this branch to work with anyone.

The drive-through ATM when it works, doesn't fit anything bigger than an F150. It's always out of order or out of money or there's way too many people in line. Super annoying when you just want your money

One of the most non user friendly banks I’ve ever dealt with. There will never be an ATM that is working, and there will always be a line or long wait. The staff is nice enough but if you go to this location thinking it will be a quick transaction even to withdraw $20 from an ATM.. you are very wrong.

This is the second time that I haven't received my direct deposit from my job , I would normally always get it on Wednesdays around 9:30pm , but I have yet to get it please fix these issues I haven't had this issue before I was always able to get it on time.
