Had to get my baby girl cremated and they were super nice and professional. They made everything very smooth on a very emotional day.

We brought our precious little fur baby in because she was very sick. The front desk staff, vet techs and veterinarians were so kind and compassionate to us. We would go back and visit her and everyone was so wonderful. Unfortunately she passed away and we are absolutely heartbroken. We are trying our best to move through the grieving process however we have to keep opening the wound. We are owed a considerable refund and we have not received it. We can only talk to front desk people. The office manager is never available. They are making us feel guilty for calling but we just want our money returned. We’ve been told it will be 5 days, then a week, then 2 weeks. Yesterday we were told up to 4 weeks and corporate is in Florida. We just want close this chapter and be able to move forward.

My dog had a surgery with Dr Bevan on 10/16. I am pleased with my experience with the medical team, Dr Bevan and Amy but I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I got from the front desk person, named Kimberly Brown.
I spoke with her twice before surgery and at the check out. She is rude, condescending, and showed a complete lack of compassion. Not only did she not explain the charges and processes, she made me feel stupid and bad each time I interacted with her. She was curt, cold, and uncaring.
When I complained, she blamed me for her behaviors. It is an outrage that CTVSEH hires a staff so unqualified. Your logo states “Powerful medicine. Exceptional care.” Kimberly Brown certainly failed at delivering exceptional care, which makes me wonder whether I should trust your hospital with my pets’ care.
I am a well to do pet parent who can pay any prices for my fur babies. I just wonder how this hospital would treat poor pet parents who are distressed about sick babies. Avoid at all costs.

I had such a good experience! They took really good care of my injured dog. At 5 am on Sunday, there weren’t very many options of open emergency vets and feel very lucky that the one that was open was a really great option. The staff was caring and helpful.

This review is long overdue and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I can't say enough great things about this hospital and their staff. I often think about how beyond grateful I am for this place. They saved my 2 year old Frenchie's life after a tragic accident of getting into medication. If I didn't go straight to Central Texas Emergency Hospital, my dog wouldn't be here today. A huge THANK YOU to the staff for doing everything possible so that my Yeti can be living a happy, healthy life today!

I’m very grateful to all the doctors and staff here who helped my guy recover. He was not an easy case and everyone was always willing to find out what he needed. While visiting my sick guy I would sit in the back and got to witness first hand how they took such good care of all the animals that came through their doors.

Amazing staff - highly skilled (vets, techs, and surgeons) and all very caring. Our dog was attacked by another dog. I called ahead and they were waiting to take her back immediately. They gave us price quotes every step of the way and gave us details on what care was necessary for the well-being of our dog. Highly recommend.

Very rude and unwelcoming front desk staff. I was holding my ill dog and didn’t feel comfortable leaving her there. If that’s what I’m greeted with, what’s happening in the back? I was told the doctors here are good but this was a terrible experience at a terrible time. Management should reevaluate who they hire to be the face of a business that should involve sensitivity and compassion.
I went to a nearby competitor and it was a night and day experience in terms of customer service and being a welcoming hospital.

My sincerest thanks to the doctors, nurses, and vet techs who helped bring my 18 year-old cat back from the brink last week when his kidneys started failing. God Bless You for your life-saving work.

Our 9-month old GSD tore her achilles and needed a surgical repair. We are now 4 months post-op and doing great! She is walking, running, and playing normally. We are so thankful for Dr. Bevan's expertise and the level of care we received from Amy. Thank you so much for giving our girl her quality of life back!

This place is great. Our dog ate a couple of chocolate donuts so we drove over asap. Everyone was calm (which helped me not panic) and helpful. Our pup was seen very quickly and there wasn’t unnecessary treatment pushed onto us. Hopefully we will never have to go here again….but if we do I can be confident knowing they’ll take care of my pup.

The service seemed adequate and knowledgeable but there was no sense of urgency to justify the exorbitant pricing. It's my opinion that it's a bit ridiculous and disappointing to be charged emergency pricing, about $300 more than the regular vet, for a non-emergency response.

I cannot recommend CTVSH in Round Rock enough. We were so impressed by the quality of care and attention we received there. Our dog had a major surgery and lost a lot of blood. She was extremely weak so we went to CTVSH in Round Rock for post-op care and ended up having a blood transfusion. She is now recovering well at home, and I cannot thank enough the great vets and technicians at CTVSH Round Rock, especially Dr. Lindsey and Dr. Simmonds. They were fantastic! We highly recommend them and thank them very much for all they do!

The staff urgently looked after my large GSD who I came home to shallow breathing and foaming at the mouth. I was in tears by the time I arrived after 9pm on a Tuesday. The staff took big Tex back, even though they were crazy busy just to make sure he was breathing okay. They attended to all their patients efficiently and more importantly thoroughly. My Big Tex is feeling better after rescuing fluids and getting an xray just to give my peace of mind he did not swallow anything. The nurses were so sweet giving him a large fan to cool him as we waited: the vet was kind and knowledgeable- even though you could tell they were for sure busy that night! Thanks y’all!! Honestly, your team is amazing! Even the front end gals!! 5 paws!!!

We've had to bring our dogs 3 times from routine visits to emergencies. Each time we've brought our dogs we have been treated with the utmost care. We appreciate how friendly the staff is and how knowledgeable they are as well. We will be driving out of our home town to come back if we ever need to. Highly recommend!
