Place was packed because of Christmas, but the staff was still wonderful and helpful. Found great products.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful with men's boots. The young man in the hat section did an awesome job of reshaping a hat my husband brought in (sorry we didn't get his name). There were plenty of employees available to help with anything one needed. We really enjoyed our trip to the store today!
