“A couple weeks ago there was HEAVY rain and low visibility and ended up driving right into a flooded area, felt like I hit a wall but nope, just water. "Turn around, don't drown" wasn't even an option . When I pulled over and assessed the damage I was heart broken as I've had so many issues with my Vehicle this year already ? When I got home , I Google Body Shops and when this shop popped up I made up my mind to go here and best decision! I dropped the Car off on Tuesday and they gave me "Finish by Saturday or a day sooner" . Got a call on Thursday saying it was done and picked it up Friday. And WOW !! I was sooo happy to see the finished job. Mind blown lol they went above and beyond by CLEANING and WASHING the Car ! Atnan even picked me up from the Hertz Rental Car as I had no ride to them once I dropped it off. Said "You're already paying much for the repairs, we don't want you spending money for an Uber" like yasss, thank you so much ! Everytime I look at my car I'm in awe now, like when I first got it. Thank you so much you guys did am amazing job , seriously grateful ?”

After meeting and talking with Tracy I do feel Tracy is a great person and went above and beyond to help with the issue I had. “Despite my “John Doe” moniker, I am a real person (Pete), and a recent customer of Round Rock Collision Center.
Our Lexus GX460 backed into my other vehicle, and left a fairly deep scrape and rub on the rear quarter panel, just underneath the tail light.
Since the vehicle was a newer model and relatively new to us, we were concerned about finding a repair center that could perform the needed work, match the paint, and return it to its like new condition.
Round Rock Collision Center was the right place to go to.
As an authorized Lexus repair center, they had the ability to bring our vehicle back to like new condition. Their price was competitive to the other estimates we received, and we were impressed by their facility and customer follow through. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and that they had no doubt we would be satisfied with the results. They were right on all counts. We are extremely pleased with the repair and paint match. Round Rock Collision Center will be our first stop should we need auto body work in the future. “My Brand new vehicle was damaged in the hail storm in September I had Jason and the team repair the hail damage. It came out perfect . There were a few delays that were totally out of their control (some moldings were on back order)After I picked it up I had an accident and again I used them to repair it.My insurance company had estimated the damages and literally missed obvious and also damage they couldn’t see until the crew at GP1 did a thorough disassembly and complete estimate. There was some back and forth between my insurance company and GP1 (Dan-Jason-Nathan) and between some help from GP1 and me insisting on new and factory parts (GP1) price matched a lot to make sure they used the parts that were from Nissan (no knock off or junkyard parts my ins.co. Was pushing for . I was worried about my warranty and how it would look. It came out perfect. It’s like it never happened..it was worth the wait and understandably so.If people want their car fixed correctly and want a team to make sure you are made whole this is the place to go.I also had a family member have 2 cars fixed by them (1 was a corrective repair from another nearby nationally recognized chain that had zero care or concern for her safety or how it looked when it was done.Sorry for long review but I see people complaining about length of time and I wonder why anyone would want to rush such a thing with safety and also not understand what goes into the whole process.
