I was told they can't replace my car battery because it's located in the trunk and that it's under my spare tire. I told them that the car does not have a spare tire and you simply have to lift the cover to access the battery and they still refused. Makes absolutely no sense.

We've been shopping this store since before they were in this location!! Service is awesome, got a watch battery changed out while I waited!! If you need a specialty battery they probably have it!! Highly recommend!!

Please do it yourself a favor and don’t take your phone to be fix there. My phone was working properly only thing was charging port wasn’t working. I was charging it wireless. I took it to fix this issue, they say yes we can do it, but when they call me to let me know phone was fixed they told me screen was broken during the process but no worries “we replace it at no cost”. I went for the first time to pick it up and when I was signing release form, and took it to my car to prove it charging it and charge port didn’t work. Also phone suddenly turn off. They noticed about it and ask to leave it again because “the guy that fixed it is not here” I went for second time to pick it up, charging port was working but again when I arrived to home and try to use it, it turn off and on by itself. I returned it to store. They offered to fix it again. Third time today I went to pick it up, phone had same issue (turn off and on by itself) I told about it to front desk girl, I even mentioned to them “hey I am not in a rush, but please I want it fix it once and for all” but she called her manager and he ordered to refund the money and let her to take it to other place. So basically they damaged my phone during the process of fix the charger port and the best solution for them is refund?! They didn’t take any responsibility for the damaged caused. And the joke: please give me a card to make the refund because we don’t make cash refund (so I have to wait 7days for my bank to receive the refund) a total waste of time and money because who knows what they damaged in my phone. Don’t go to this place under any circumstance please

Battery was a year old on shelf and very dusty, replacing same battery upon installation it was clear last person didn’t even bolt the hold bracket down “from batteries plus”. Had the weakest employee Cary a very heavy gel batt out when the manager was 4x his size. Not much knowledgeable staff!! Never going back and you should avoid batteries plus too.

Nice place to get your batteries for your car or motrocycle and other uses/types. Ordering on line is simple and easy, prices are better than other palces in Austin. Order on line and Store pick up are available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When your product fails, it seems like you are limited on options for replacements. I am not sure what harm there would be replacing the battery with something equal or lesser value. Replacing the item and paying for any overage fees also would make a customer happy. Letting them leave your store with a battery they will never use will send them away frustrated. I will never return as a customer. I will make sure I tell everyone to NEVER shop at your franchise and I will share my negative experience every chance I get. When competing with Amazon, I can't see how this brick and mortar will stay in business with this business plan in place.

this store is wonderful. Staff is always ready to help. I returned a car battery under warranty and they replaced it no questions asked.

AJ is amazing! He helped me last second with my phone as it was not turning on due to a misfit with the power button. He went out of his way to assist me, and I appreciated it so much! Well definitely be returning in the future for any cell phone repairs or other services especially for the great customer service. Thank you, AJ!

I called to ask about programming a new vehicle key fob. They ask a few questions, I answered them and they stated they could do it. I made my way to the store about 1.5 hrs later. I ask for the guy I talked to as I entered the door, I then ask the guy behinds the counter if he was AJ. He stated sarcastically " I am not! But didn't offer his name or where AJ was. He begin looking at my fobs taking them apart. Another guy ask what vehicle and a few more questions then stated they could not program the key as if oh well. I don't as ticked. Very unprofessional and uncaring about customers needs or time lost. I will never return or refer anyone.

Dropped my Samsung S21 and they promptly diagnosed the screen issue. Unfortunately, they had run out of parts but they reserved the part for me at a different location of theirs and I drove to that location and promptly got it fixed.
