Wow, I had such a disappointing experience at this store. They double charged my card and then told me there was nothing they could do. I had to call their customer care multiple times, which was such a hassle. It's really unprofessional for the consumer to have to keep trying to solve an issue caused by the store. On top of that, they didn't offer any incentives to make up for the troubles. Nor did they call to follow up with me after calling the store and making them aware of this issue. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect from this franchise.
