I made an appt online which was pretty seamless. When I showed up I was introduced to my piercer Sunny. She was very professional and informed on piercings and aftercare. I had my nose pierced. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this location if you are interested.The location was clean, sterile and organized. Had a chill vibe too.

Kalissa was wonderful! I took my 4 year old in to get her ears pierced for the first time, and she was great with her. She’s very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Kalissa was excellent at explaining the process before my 3rd hole piercing and was happy to help me get info on a potential needle piercing in the future - unfortunately the store was noisy from industrial fans.

Got my baby daughter ears pierced today by a young man with a accent.He was funny and had no problem re-doing the dots until he got them how we like he was very quick and professional. He’s very good with kids and gave my oldest a lollipop I would definitely recommend going to Banter for piercing and jewelry needs.

Got my sons ear pierced today we had a wonderful time with the guy with the thick New York accent he was very helpful and funny. He put my son at ease and let my son try the virtual try on screen very thankful that they have a guy in there to make young men feel comfortable he set up a follow up appointment and we will be back thank you once again for your kind service.

Had the BEST experience here! I was so nervous, and not sure what I wanted, but Sunny was so helpful and knowledgeable! She helped me figure out what would look best and I barely felt a thing! She's amazing! I'll be back for more piercings for sure!

INCREDIBLE customer service by Associate 13587656 at this location. She took her time and was so helpful through the process of getting my daughters ears pierced. We were nervous and she just took her time and explained everything and was so helpful. Such a NICE experience! My kid felt very safe getting her ears pierced by her!!
