If you are thinking you cannot get a home or the task seems to large, get James on your team! He was a literal GODSEND throughout the entire process. We went through a very complicated mortgage process involving a divorce, legal name change, a combative party with interest in the house, and every inch of red tape you could possibly imagine. James with with us every step of the way and ensured that once we were ready to go there weren't any mistakes.If you're looking for someone to get you through a quagmire of legal issues James is the guy.

We used Austin Mortgage Associates for our home refinance. This is the 3rd home we've owned, so we're not babes in the woods.James Copeland worked with us to make the deal happen. He personally took charge of pulling together our paperwork (not handing it off to someone else), making sure we had everything needed and coordinating the process. I asked some fairly tough questions that James handled well.We were evaluating 3 mortgage brokers at the time. The two other brokers were our current mortgage holder and the previous one (who sold the thing). We have no complaints about the other brokers. They all had competitive deals in the new "inflation related" mortgage finance world.James stood out because of his personal energy, his seeming commitment to our story, his willingness to listen, his keeping the process going (and not stagnating at some point), and the fact he was local, not in an office hundreds/thousands of miles away. After the closing I let James know I hadn't received a copy of the appraisal as I should have. I don't know why I hadn't received it earlier (spam folder?) I got one from James 5 minutes later.The other brokers would have gotten a 4 star rating. James Copeland and Austin Mortgage got 5.

why i risked to invest 500$ was because i don't need to send her the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give her the access to manage my trading account and i made a withdrawals of 6000$ in a week, please i am very happy to introduce all friends and family to invest in themselves and there family. I admit I don't know much about the ins and outs of mortgages, but James really put me at ease. I called a handful of places before calling this business, and most felt really turn and burn. James took time to answer all my questions, present me with pros and cons, and gave me the options I felt comfortable with. After speaking with him, I didn't feel the need to call anyone else. I felt like I had an ambassador in my corner to navigate the mortgage journey. The process was smooth and painless. Highly recommend.

We called.He said no problem.Our credit score is above 800We jump through hoops getting him profit and loss statements, income tax.He delayed and delayed.I would not recommend this mortgage company.Our net worth is over one million. Ok, I called in January to see if i qualify for mortgage. I have a good credit and downpayment for a house for my family. I talked to Cathy Ryan who is not good, not good at all, didnt explain how mortgage process works.
