I went in anxious with many questions. I was way out of my element. The staff could tell that I wasn’t comfortable and quickly offered some water to which I thankfully declined. He connected with me asking why I was here. I told Sam my brief story and the reason I’m concerned. With straight eye contact he began to answer all and any other questions that were of concern. We moved forward in the process and it was quick and easy. Customer service was incredibly Professional . I did my thing and headed home in peace. I appreciate the care I received and I know it all starts at the top with the owner. God bless ? Austin Mobile Drug Testing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Professional !

Bad company, especiallyRandomly check they will ask you to do every quarter. They selected me 4 times a year and the results is negatives, they don’t care about you or your businesses waste time and lost jobs. I will give then zeros rate even not one star, I have about 15 drives I paid more $3200 only for drugs test on 2022. I supposedly not paid that much high, some of the drivers did 4 and most of did them did 3 times on 2022 only, totally about 39 drug test done and all the results are negative. I spent more money the bring them to drug test location, cancel loads, time waste, driving empty or loaded, dead heads to the location, I paid extra $1800 0n 2022 because for each driver every test I paid $30-50 for Uber or tax because they can’t go with 18 wheelers truck to the Lab location . Drivers will disappointed because to many test for them. “Still I have big questions about this company why randomly selection is to many times from the other drug test companies.”
