When I exchanged a pair of pants that didn't fit, why did the cashier keep my receipt? Your exchange policy doesn't say you only get to exchange one time. I don't plan to go back as long as they fit.Very bad business practice.(Update: The exchanged item still doesn't fit and now I can't take them back for something else because the lady would not give me my receipt.

Cute clothes...but I was charged 7.99 instead of 5.99?? And sadly none of them fit! I can't even return them or have tried them on beforehand...what a rip off. Never going here again.

I purchased 12 separate items at the Northlake Mall, Charlotte,NC location but when I went to return them, because they didn’t fit ( couldn’t try them on first because there was no functional dressing room available) I was told I could only get 9 items total! Very unacceptable and I felt cheated by my experience there. The young lady was very rude and not at all helpful. That was the first and last time I would shop there!
