Great convenient location. Awesome brand new equipment. It’s a small gym but it has everything you need to get a great workout. Just wished they had a cycling/spinning bike. Other than that, it’s a beautiful new facility. Staff is also very friendly. It feels like a private little gym as you need a key fob to get in. Excited about this new location. Will be a regular member

Great Gym for anyone and everyone.Nicest anytime fitness within the Austin/RR area. Has just about every equipment you need to get a good sweat on. If I had only one machine request it would be a spin bike.Super clean, convenient and friendly staff. Highly recommend joining.

Just wow! This new location just opened up and it still smells and looks absolutely amazing! They have a crazy amount and different types of weights you can use, including most if not all the equipment you find in a HIIT or CrossFit gym, which I really appreciate. They also have all the latest and greatest gadgets/gizmos to make your workout easier (I.e. attachments for hip thrusts and Bulgarian squats just to name a few).In the front, they also have closed lockers which I find great when I have my purse or other items with me that I like to put away. The staff, and especially Steve (always greets you with a smile), are very warm and friendly and there to help. One last thing, let’s please commit to keeping this place clean (wiping down equipment after each use), new, friendly and overall amazing gym!

Nice gym with good equipment and ambience. Trainers are very supportive. I worked personally with Alek. He is very nice and pushes me extra inch every time. He also gives me extra time when necessary during personal training.

I called a few times and left voicemails trying to schedule a quick tour and peak inside, but never got a call back. I popped by on a Saturday and didn't know they charged guests $50 if they let someone in. Sad. Seems like they could hire a part-time staff member to work during peak times. I was in the gym for maybe a total of 5-10 min max to determine if I wanted to join, and was still billed $10. If I was able to be let into the business to see the size of the small facility, I could have saved some dough, and everyone else's time. Monthly rates are way too high for the size of the gym. I will not return. Texting staff member wasn't friendly and wanted to know who let me in. Gyms are supposed to feel like your family.

I love Anytime Fitness, but the one on Gattis School road has staff that address things unprofessionally. Plus, the gym is way too hot inside. Try the 2301 location on Cedar Park! Coaches/staff are friendly and so helpful! :)

I love anytime fitness, started working out at the lakeline club and loved it. We bought a new house in round rock and switched to this one and am super displeased. This place dose not like new people!! The regulars will not clean up after themselves and then report you if you forget to wipe something down. I get it I like a clean gym too but being targeted from the moment I started going and threatened with fines for rules that aren't fairly enforced, that's ridiculous. And when you call in you're met with rude responses and how since you are a visitor that your money doesn't go directly to that club so your opinion doesn't matter and they are glad to see you stop going.

Disgusting cold calling habits without customer consent. There's a person at the front desk call Steve who makes phone calls out to his customers. He was rude, telling me that why TF am I answering the phone if I'm on a meeting. Sounds like your staff likes to be abrasive towards your customer and plain rude. You might be hurting for business but your staff who has zero customer service skills is not the right approach to gain business. I called back to speak with the manager and Steve said he wasn't not in. Sounds like you need to get rid of this person since he clearly cannot control himself and goes on power trips. He needs to be reminded of what his role is. By no means will I ever recommend this gym, if their staff talks to potential customers this way I can't imagine the level of approach the staff has with customers.
