Excellent pharmacy they always get in touch with you about your prescriptions.They are attentive to your needs as a patient.The only regret I have is not signing up sooner with advanced R/X when you are going through some rough times in your life it sure makes you feel better knowing your medications will always arrive on time.

I thought I had found the perfect pharmacy. First Heather thank you for being so kind. You have always been professional & helpful ALWAYS announcing your name when answering the phone. I get my buprenorphine films there. Unfortunately I have a 500 deductible I'm still trying to meet so I can only order a few at a time. I live on disability and struggle like many Americans especially with This ADMINISTRATION in DC. But I am being punished by Matt because I took 7 days longer than I previously told them to pay for medicine that was sent to me on account. I was just told they couldn't send me 4 films on accout because " YOU didn't pay in a reasonable time" I had to hang up because I began crying and I didn't want to be labeled UNSTABLE ON TOP OF UNRELIABLE. I live in a area where buprenorphine isn't carried or they refuse to get it for you. I have been a patient of Advance Pain care for years. Advanced Rx is in their building plus I'm prescribed a compound. Instead of working with me I was told to find another pharmacy. That's difficult because a pharmacy more than likely refuse new patients on the medications and amounts I'm prescribed. It's unfortunate that getting your medication has to be like passing a Conservative bill through Congress. It's disappointing. Sincerely, Sonja Morris

We had an issue and called and spoke to Matt. He was so nice and gave me the exact information I needed for my husband's prescriptions. Not often you find anyone as nice and friendly as he was... Excellent pharmacy.
